We helped us as a family deal with every aspect of the funeral arrangements with out a hitch they were reliable and compassionate there booklet walked us through the journey as it was very well laid out even had a notes section so we could write down reminder that we need to do xx big thank you to Wendy who handed out tissues and dealt with question big or small xx Thanku stibbards  xx from all the family xxx

I have nothing but praise for Martin and his team. We lost our little girl and the whole team was incredible and flexible and helped us to give the funeral we wanted for our child to make it personal. Nothing was too much trouble and they always made us feel like we where always a priority. To loose a child is the worst type of grief but the made the whole process as easy as it could be.

We sadly lost our lovely husband and dad in August 2021. We have never regretted asking Stibbards to assist us with Dad's arrangements. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and kind, we felt really looked after and they literally held our hands throughout the process. The funeral celebrant they recommended to us, Yvette Williams, was also wonderful and we were really happy with how everything went. Thank you to everyone who helped us x

From initial contact it was clear that Stibbards were very professional and supportive in guiding us through this difficult time. All staff were courteous and friendly especially Wendy who was the principal contact and was with us all the way. Nothing was too much trouble. We both felt happy that our Mum was being well cared for in their company. On the day of the funeral everything went according to plan and timed to the minute as we had a Funeral mass and then the service at the Crematorium. The men of the Cortège were also very courteous and professional from start to finish.
Would recommend Stibbards without hesitation

A very professional and caring service provided by Stibbards. From the day when they showed empathy while moving my Dad from the house, through to the person who led the funeral team on the day. Lovely touch taking a family photo at the Crem and getting Mum to kiss an individual rose to be left at the Crem as the family flowers were going back for a family celebration. Beautiful cars and very smart staff. Only Minor point was some of the "Digital" aspects - getting the date of the service wrong on the initial set up of the obituary page, and some angst getting the music to Obitus. But the day itself was perfect.

I knew Stíbbards had a good reputation which is why we used them for our Mum. From the first time we made contact with Wendy they have been fantastic. They have been professional, but caring. Always willing to do whatever we required for our Mum. Her funeral was beautiful. The amazing coffin. The beautiful car, the dear drivers and pall barers.
