The physical aspects of Stibbards service were conducted impeccably, collection of deceased, provision of transport and due politeness. We were a little disappointed with some aspects of the clerical procedure but overall the day went very well.

Everything was done exceptionally well. Stibbards staff paid great attention to detail during the preparation stages, and they operated with great decorum and sincerity on the funeral day itself. Wendy was excellent with explaining, planning and communicating with us all throughout and we felt reassured that our Dads funeral was being organised in the best hands. On visiting Dad in the Chapel of Rest I was reassured that he had been given the best care- we were also offered support at this time. On the day of the funeral, Stibbards were absolutely brilliant. So respectful, discreet and organised. We were all so impressed. Their attention to detail was really noticed by all. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little more bearable.

My dearly missed mother had made a funeral plan with Stibbards and I have to say they exceeded my expectations at every stage. They handled so much of the difficult and depressing parts of the planning without us having to worry. The service itself was beautiful and organised to the exact specifics we and mum wanted, planned perfectly and every little detail accounted for. They even went out of their way to seek out a priest who knew my mum and other personal touches. The staff were always friendly but respectful and decorous on the day. Fantastic local company.

I have nothing but praise for Martin and his team. We lost our little girl and the whole team was incredible and flexible and helped us to give the funeral we wanted for our child to make it personal. Nothing was too much trouble and they always made us feel like we where always a priority. To loose a child is the worst type of grief but the made the whole process as easy as it could be.

We sadly lost our lovely husband and dad in August 2021. We have never regretted asking Stibbards to assist us with Dad's arrangements. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and kind, we felt really looked after and they literally held our hands throughout the process.
