Debbie who works for stibbard & sons was fantastic very understanding nothing was a problem.
Funeral directors who looked after my mum going to the cemetery very good could not fault them done an excellent job.

Service was really good David Coster who done the service spoke like he knew my mum it was very emotional and touching.It was a good day of remembrance I will never forget.

Having met firstly Peter and thereafter Heather we felt totally at easy. Heather arranged the service after carefully going through all details of the funeral arrangements. Even spent extra time rearranging the order of service without a word of complaint.

The funeral cars arrived perfectly on time . Stuart and his team carried out their duties perfectly. All the family agreed that the whole funeral service went without a hitch.

Happy to recommend this company without any hesitation.

From the moment we all stepped through the door at the Canvey Island Branch (without an appointment), we knew we were in the right place. We received a warm welcome from Wendy, who subsquently talked us through everything we needed to know and who made our mother's funeral the best it could be. She was always at the end of the phone, whenever we needed to ask a question.


On the day, we felt like Stibbards were holding our hands and we knew we didn't have to worry about anything except saying goodbye to our mother and Jim's wife. We will miss her forever.


Thank you to everyone, especially to Wendy and to Martin, who paid particular attention on the day to guiding us all, especially Jim, through a very hard day.

A caring and thoroughly professional service from end to end. From our initial discussion
onwards everything was made as easy as possible for us. Cars on time, good condition. The coffin, which was by no means expensive, looked excellent. The officiant proposed by the company was just what we needed. Those who came with the hearse made some helpful suggestions we'd not have thought of.
All in all could be beaten in our view.
