Excellent, friendly, caring customer service. Not at all rushed when planning Mum’s funeral, left us to plan without fuss but help and advice plentiful when needed. Met our requirements fully and kept in touch over the days leading up to the funeral. On the day everything ran smoothly and all staff professional and friendly. Thank you.

Keith's widow has been telling all her friends how well his funeral was arranged. There were no problems or unexpected difficulties and all the people involved were exceptional. Special thanks for taking the flowers back to her bungalow, that was very greatly appreciated.
