Lymns covered everything we could need, all the things you don’t think about when you lose someone. And after the funeral is over they have continued to support us when asked. All the staff were respectful and caring and made the experience as good as it could be. We would highly recommend them.

Just want to say a massive thank you to A.W Lymns (Ilkeston branches) and a special mention to Michelle, Mick and Celebrant Tracy Mathews for making Dads funeral such a special day.
It was a brilliant send off. Exactly what we wanted and what he would have wanted too!

As a family we have used AW Lymn for many years and have always had an excellent and professional service. The recent funeral of my father was exceptional , we would like to give a big thank you to Kirby, Jahnet, Nick Sharp and the rest of the team for organising a wonderful send off.

Myself and my family cannot speak highly enough of Lymns. From the minute we initially spoke, they were incredibly comforting at what was a very difficult time and that comfort and sensitivity was present throughout. Mark, Kevin & Jess were who we spoke to regularly & they were simply wonderful. Thank you for giving our Nan/wife/mother Sheila the celebration of life she truly deserved.

I found Lymns to be professional and attentive , especially when a difficult family situation made the arrangements more difficult. They listened and responded to the issues I raised and understood the reasoning .
I’m happy mum had a good send off .

I couldn't have asked for anything more when arranging my husbands funeral recently. From the initial enquiry call to the funeral itself. Fiona was lovely and knew just when to empathise and when to give a hug to those who needed it , whilst rearing a calm and professional approach throughout. Our Chosen celebrant Karen was also lovely . Many heartfelt thanks to all concert and I certainly would recommend . Thank you ‘ The Jubb family’

There is not a single criticism that I could make about Lymns Funeral Services. The way they carried out, what for the family, was an emotional occasion, with such professional, compassionate yet personable performance was second to none.

So kind & considerate. The day went perfectly. They took the time to understand our loved one & what type of service was meaningful. Everything from the planning, to the funeral day, was done at the family pace with no rush.

They made a difficult task as simple and as stress free as is possible
Friendly people who know their business very well
This was not the first time I have used their services and I didn't bother looking for an alternative because I know their high standards are hard to beat
