From initial contact and planning, through to the day of the actual funeral, we found Lymn's Arnold to be caring, sensitive, helpful and utterly professional. We were very pleased the way everything unfolded on the day, making everything as stress-free for us as possible. Mum had the best send-off we could have given her.

Absolutely amazing service. Respectful, professional and very helpful. They guided us through every step of this difficult journey. Every member of staff did their job with us in mind, from arranging the day, looking after Philip, and on the day itself. We were kept informed at every stage.
The celebrate Keith Brown gave an exceptional service at the crematorium.

Jackie at the Shirebrook branch was really helpful and supportive. We had a difficult situation in terms of organising paperwork for registration of my auntie's death as I live 200 miles away, but her calm advice meant that I could get everything done before having to return to Hampshire. The funeral itself was calm and beautiful, everyone appreciated how it was put together.

We received an excellent service both Fiona and Kevin were second to none. They’re kindness, patience and understanding made planning the funeral so much easier and most importantly the day went smoothly with everything taken care of. Many people asked if the celebrant new the family personally as the way she spoke showed a real understanding and warmth.

From first making contact with Lymns bulwell myself and my sister were reassured that our dad would be looked after 100 percent. We had a lovely man called Phillip who arranged our dad’s funeral with us and feel he went above and beyond to help make the whole process that little more bearable under the circumstances. Also Cheris for looking after us when we visited the chapel of rest (dad looked lovely) and Tony for liasing with us throughout. Many thanks Dayle Maddock and Louise Thorne

At this very stressful time for our family, we were in a very caring and compassionate manner, Becky absolutely brilliant at what she does, no pressure, plenty time to make our minds up, kept in regular touch by e.mail.The day of the funeral, Andy was wonderful, so respectful , thank you everyone for making a sad day bearable.
