With my wife Pat passing so quickly the whole family was in shock, some didn't get to the family home before their mum/ momma passed, we were all over the place but one call to our chosen Funeral Directors, A.W.Lymn and all the stress of what to do next was taken from us, my wife was collected and taken to the Funeral home and was taken care of very well, everything went smoothly with Paul visiting us as Lymns representative and guided us through and was with us right up to dropping us off at home after the Funeral.. We can't thank everyone at A.W.lymns enough but we were so glad they were our choice.

The whole team at Lymns did everthing possible to help in the preparations for Dad's funeral. One the day of the funeral Andy and his team were lovely, supportive of everyone.

Although I had used Lymns in Beckett Street, Derby, 18months ago for my father and thought they were brilliant in handling everything, the recent experience for my mother can only be described as exceeding all expectations. I feel that Kaitlan went above and beyond to help me cope with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil led our funeral cortage and I was very impressed with his experienced approach which was much appreciated. Thank you Neil and Kaitlan. I will have no problem recommending Lymns to anyone. I would like to say a Big Thank You to all the Staff that were involved in all aspects of our Dearest and much Loved Daughter Lyndsey Anne Allen , from our first meeting with Wendy who was very thoughtful and professional with us in our very fragile and sensitive state of mind , and from that point on the people we met were equally understanding, helpful and most of all professional, which on the day of the Funeral resulted in our Daughter having a send off fit for a Princess. No question too stupid, no request too big or too small. We were supported by staff from start to finish. They made a difficult and painful time much easier to bear. They also made our mum look beautiful and let us spend as much time as we needed with her.

Lymns are consumate professionals. Paul Richardson was our funeral director who was absolutely brilliant with my family. Nothing was too much trouble and he handled my dad's funeral with ultimate care and empathy. I would also give praise the to the young ladies who embalmed my dad, they were amazing and great ambassadors for Lymns.

We recently had a double funeral for my mum and dad who died three weeks apart. All the staff at Lymns were brilliant . We first spoke with a member of the team three years ago to arrange a pre- payed plan.
The day was a sad time, but the staff at Lymns guided us through and made it a calm and relaxing day, with no dramas.
All the team were were very professional and would highly recommend Lymns to others.
