At a very difficult time Jonathan and his team could not have been more helpful, considerate and caring. Offering suggestions when asked but not intrusive. The arrangements were I’m sure what dad would have wanted and definitely would have approved of.

Lymns we’re nothing short of amazing.
From the moment I made the initial contact with them, my family were treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
I felt supported and cared for throughout the entire process.
I literally couldn’t  fault a thing.
 In a time of such immense grief and sadness, they made the worst day of my life bearable.

From the moment we first visited A.W.Lymn in Hucknall we were made to feel at ease & comfortable whilst faced with a difficult situation. We saw Caroline and she handled everything so professionally, whilst still displaying compassion and on our level. She explained clearly about the whole funeral procedure from start to finish but most importantly she listened to us and to our input, nothing was too awkward or too much trouble for her .. In the nicest possible way I'm hoping to not see Caroline any time soon, but would have no hesitation in recommending A.W.Lymn to anyone needing funeral services...

Karen, Jonathan and the rest of the team from Lymns at Sutton were excellent.  The arrangements for the funeral were made professionally, with empathy and understanding.  The general advice offered helped to begin the process of dealing with the death of my wife was invaluable.  The funeral itself went perfectly with exactly the right amount of guidance and support being offered.

A huge thank you to Neil & Katlin and staff at Lymns Derby. The celebration of the Life of my Aunt Jessie was very well organised and all went smoothly. Neil was excellent and most understanding with my Uncle Ted , making sure he was able to attend the funeral , the wake and getting him home afterwards. Five stars is not enough.

Everything was very professional from arranging the funeral to the actual day, I wouldn't hesitate recommending AW Lymn , I also used them for the flowers and the order of service booklets which also were lovely and reasonably priced, very happy with everything

If there's any consolation amidst the sad feelings of losing a loved one, then it has to be got to be the quality of the send off. In this regard the funeral arrangements executed by A W Lymn were excellent. At the outset, the conversation between ourselves and Nikki struck a good balance between being empathic and practical. The costs of each element were transparent and there was no pressure to have a particular service - in this regard I felt that the overall package was customer-lead. Special mention needs to be made of the order of service booklet which was beautifully personalised and the funeral flowers which were lovely. On the day, the arrangements worked like clockwork thanks to the very slick co-ordination of the funeral director and the A W Lymn team at the crematorium. The phone call the previous day from the director established a dialogue between us and was reassuring in that it added clarity to the timings, process etc. Again, I felt that the mood was 'read' and appropriately responded to. Overall, we are very satisfied with the overall package and level of professionalism delivered and I would like to convey my thanks to all the A W Lymn staff involved.

Handled with great sensitivity and compassion. Very expensive but I have nothing to compare with. Only thing that is stopping me giving excellent were some admin errors which caused a few unnecessary journeys.

The team were fantastic and went out of their way in not only a difficult time but a complicated one, even staying late into the night to ensure a visit to the Chapel of rest to see Dad for those travelling long distances.

I have been involved in organising two funerals in the past twenty month, my father, November 2020 and my mother, March 2022.
Radcliffe on Trent Branch has helped me with both. Jane and Emma have been absolutely wonderful and I can't thank them enough for the wonderful service they have given me. They are very special people.
Both funerals were so well organised, they were sad but beautiful.

We were very impressed with the service we received from A.W Lymn. Our funeral director Jack was very caring and attentive and answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble.
I feel they cared for my dad with dignity and respect.

There are not words that can express my gratitude to your staff at Radcliffe, particularly Emma, who assisted me with my husband’s funeral.   The care, compassion and attention to detail was so amazing I cannot thank them enough.  They took all my requests and wishes on board and made what could have been a stressful day into one that I was so proud of.

We were absolutely blown away with the professionalism, care, love and thought put towards my father's funeral.
From the moment we stepped into the funeral office, everything was made easy and we were listened too, nothing was a problem and you went above and beyond to make things go smoothly.
Kirby applied such compassion and thought to helping us plan everything and Jack was so efficient and helpful with every query.
We will never forget all your kindness at such a difficult time and we managed to have such a special day because of this.
