I cannot thank Jane and Emma enough for their kindness and empathy for my son Toms funeral. It made a huge difference to our mourning for Tom. We felt so relaxed and able to talk about Tom as if they knew him. They went over and above for us for both sides if our families. They gave us time to make decisions at what has been the most tragic time of our lives. The day could not have gone better. We were even able to make cheerful conversation with our driver who made us laugh. The funeral certainly was not morbid and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. Thank you Lymms you were amazing x

The service we recievd was exceptional. The staff were absolutley spot on with the way they conducted theirselves. The staff made my family feel very special for the special occasion it was. I will be reccomend AW Lymn 100%. Thank you for your proffesional service you carried out it was second to none.

Teresa made a very difficult day run very smoothly. She was caring, gentle and very calming. The Cars were spotlessly clean and Paul our Chauffeur was very professional. Thankyou Teresa for Looking after us so well.

From start to finish of the process the team have been great, doing what they can to relieve the stress where possible. The actual funeral was really well organised by them, we felt confident from engaging Lymns that our Mother was well looked after. Special thanks to Santanna at the West Bridgford office and Edward and the team on the day.

Fiona, Kevin and the team at AW Lymn provided an excellent, professional and compassionate service in arranging and executing mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitating.

It's something you don't want to do, don't know which one to choose and you're not thinking straight but...
Lymm's was excellent, start to finish. The people who you deal with will keep in contact, guide you through the process and gently remind you when you need to do something.
Santanna from the West Bridgeford branch dealt with our sad passing and she has been very kind and helpful.
Thank you for making this most awful time a little less painful.

I would like to send sincere and heartfelt thanks for the impeccable way mum's funeral service was arranged and conducted by all at A.W.Lymn. From the moment mum was taken into Lymn's care, the whole process has been so professional, sensitive and reasssuring at this dreadful time. I woud like to thank Jackie for her assistance with arranging and ensuring the service content was perfect, Olivia and team for looking after Mum at Nottingham, Matthew for his respectful and attentive conducting of the service on the day, and for Rev Vanessa Hollingsworth for the beautiful service. Finally huge thanks to all at A.W.Lymn Hucknall for lookiing after mum so well throughout, including Julia, Catherine and especially Deanna, including the beautifully presented dried flowers and lock of mum's hair whch myself and my sister will treasure forever xx

Excellent you can always rely on a very personal, empathetic and caring service. Paul was very compassionate and made us feel at ease, as if we were the only family going through this. I know everything will go smoothly when using Lymns services, they go that extra mile and nothing is ever too much trouble. Sadly we have had to use Lymns a few times over the last few years, they are always exceptional and I would not use anyone else.

Excellent service. Russell and the team at the Arnold branch handled our mum's funeral in a very kind, respectful and considerate manner. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went smoothly from start to finish which is exactly what is needed at such a difficult time.

As soon as we walked through the door, nothing was a problem. Fiona was amazing and helped make a stressful time easy. Fiona also made a sad day very respectful and enjoyable, which was lovely. The celebate, Mark, was fabulous right from our first meeting to making the actual ceremony a time of reflection and joy. All in all Fiona, Mark and Lymns helped us give our beloved wife and mother the send off she deserved. The cars were the icing on the cake. My father has just said ‘Unforgettable’. Can’t recommend you highly enough and will certainly be using you all again when his turn comes. Thank you ❤️

The standard of service delivered at this sad time was first class. So very professional and caring. Everything was taken care of, all the pressure was taken off us. So we could continue to greave knowing everything was in capable hands.
