at a very sad a stressful time A W Lymn's were very compassionate and professional throughout. The whole process was carried out on time allowing us all to to focus all our energy on other things.

Everything was efficiently organised with gentle sympathy from all staff.
On the day, Russell checked arrangements at the crematorium and found that the words of one hymn were not the same as the words in the service booklet and quickly got this changed.

Part of my role on the day is to check everything runs smoothly, so seeing the slight error on the hymn at the crematorium was just one of the final checks to do but I am glad that it made things that little bit better for you. Russ.

Wonderful service throughout this difficult time. Nothing was to much trouble and was always helpful answering any questions we had.

Having met your mother when she arranged the pre-paid plan it really was a pleasure to look after her when she passed, she really was a lovely lady. I’m really pleased the celebrant Tracey was a good match and that we were able to give mum the send off she deserved. It was lovely to hear you were all dancing at the end of the service to mums’ favourite song Penny Arcade, a song, when arranging the funeral, she said she loved and was adamant it to be played in her service. We have used Lynn’s mansfield Woodhouse for the funeral of my father 20years ago and recently my mother. On both occasions we found the service to be very professional and sensitive. We would not use any other funeral directors.

David Clarke was our funeral director and my brother and I could not have asked for more when arranging our Mum's funeral. David was so helpful in guiding us through the process and very responsive when we had questions.
