From the moment we walked into the office at Lymns cotmanhay ,we were dealt with by caring , compassionate staff. Michelle made a sad situation comfortable and as pleasant as it could be.
A couple of the lads had already asked if they could be scheduled to work on mums funeral as they had also done the funerals of our dad and younger sister! Michelle gave us the confidence to instruct them to carry out the most personal service and she also confirmed our choice of celebrant Tracey Mathews to be a great choice.
Tracey also encouraged us to have the service so aptly tailored to our dear mum by putting lots of hours in listening to stories from old friends and family.She was spot on with her eulogy celebrating mums colourful life, just perfect. We can’t thank Tracey and Lymns at cotmanhay enough …..you did our mum and us proud, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you, Mandy, Wayne and families.A.W. Lymn, Cotmanhay Team replied

It was a privilege to arrange your father’s funeral and to hear that he was a bell ringer at all saints church for over 30 years. Also that he had travelled to most countries in the world and kept a complete log of when and where he went, who he went with and also the friends he met. Lymns did a beautiful funeral and service for our mam they were attentive and very friendly and professional with the whole service from beginning to end thank you to paul and his colleagues for making our day for our mam very special to us we would certainly use Thier services again when we need to and would recommend their company to everyone.thank you.

The most excellent service available. They made everything run so smoothly and gave my partner a send off that was so respectable and just as I wanted. I cannot recommend A W Lymns enough for anyone needing to organise a funeral. They are so professional and are so friendly. I don't think I would have had such a lovely respectful funeral if I'd used anyone else. The people there made this awful experience into a funeral I was proud of. Thank you A W Lymns...

From the first phone call, Lymn's staff hit perfectly the balance between sympathy and pragmatism. They gave us space to make our own decisions but also straightforward and practical advice where we needed it, from the planning meeting right through to the ceremony itself. It was exactly what we wanted.

From the moment we contacted Lymn Funeral Directors at Long Eaton and spoke to (the super lovely) Laura, we were immediately reassured.
They were at all times, kind & understanding, helpful, respectful and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that they accommodated our every wish.
We felt proud that my dad was given the very best send off and would not hesitate to totally recommend them.
