My sister and I dealt with the West Bridgford office following our mum's death. Their attention to and understanding of our needs was excellent and nothing was any trouble for them with Santanna giving a very personal service to us.

As we had used the services of Lymn’s at Ruddington for my Dad’s funeral 14 years ago, I was confident they would provide an excellent service. Teresa was kind and professional throughout and everything ran smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

No one wants to have dealings with an undertaker, however, my experience with the Ollerton branch, namely Colum O`Shea, made the experience as smooth as possible. Empath, care and consideration were foremost for this man. There is a procedure follow but no pressure was put on me to complete it all at one sitting, several visits were needed by me to complete the basic plan. Right up to the eve of the funeral I had to re-order items like music and flowers, there was no evidence of frustration at these moments.
We were advised as the procedures of the funeral cars and service as these were unknown to me. Right up to advice entering the crematorium as what would happen. Needless to say all went well and the whole family were impressed with his direction and co-ordination of the event. I owe a great debt of gratitude to Colum and his team of drivers and ministers for their support administrating the funeral service for my wife and the care of my family before, during and after the service. I thought it was a beautiful touch incorporating the roses with personal messages into the service and allowing time during the reflection music for those in attendance to write these. Without the knowledge, expertise, kindness and support we received from Lymn’s and especially our funeral arranger and conductor Philip, I don’t know how we would have coped. Thanks to him the preparations for the day and the day itself went as well as it could under the saddest of circumstances. I cannot thank you enough.

When dad passed away and Jonathan came to collect him, the compassion and care never stopped right through to the day we said our final goodbye.
David was very helpful when arranging the funeral for us - nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times we changed and altered the plans. On the day I wouldn't have had anyone but Jonathan overseeing everything. (He did such an amazing job when we said goodbye to mum) He ensured everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything at all, just saying goodbye to Dad.

A.W. Lymn of Hucknall arranged my husband Arthur Eagle's funeral with great care and consideration. I would like to express my thanks, and also on behalf of family, friends and colleagues.
He was with Lymns a lot longer than anticipated, but they did all they could to resolve a difficult situation.
All of Lymn's staff worked with the utmost respect for my husband and the day itself went smoothly.

Joanna was incredible. We can't speak highly enough of the kindness, care and attention to detail both Joanna, Heather and Lymn's provided for both of our funerals. Excellent service, very professional, kind and caring. Couldn’t of asked for more. Louise was who we dealt with mainly but all the others we spoke to were also as understanding, they made a very hard situation as easy as they could. Would always pick lymns.
