Donna and Georgia were so supportive when my heart was breaking. They kept in touch all through the planning and did everything within their power to deliver exactly what I wanted for my mums send off.

Jahnet has been amazing whilst organising Brendan’s funeral. The actual day of the funeral was organised to perfection. Steve the celebrant did an amazing tribute with many people who attended the funeral saying that he was the best celebrant they have ever seen. Yet again Lymns have been extremely profession, sensitive and approachable whilst dealing with our family loss. I dealt with Paul in January when I lost my mum, unfortunately we lost a very dear family member in October in which I request for Paul to deal with our affairs in terms of the funeral. Both funerals we're very different but equally as beautiful thanks to Paul remembering our family, understanding the different requests and support for us to fulfill the deceased wishes.
Also other staff members at Lymns have been equally kind, caring, professional and compassionate when I have spoken with them. My family member who recently passed was extremely poorly and had a nasty tumour on the face. When I went to visit him he looked very clean tidy and smart, I felt he was going out very dignified. Thankyou again to Paul and all the team, keep doing what you are doing so well .
you are all like a little family and I have always felt looked after by you all.

The service provided by Jonathan and Karen was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble in making sure everything was as I wanted to be. Karen made Eileen look so at peace in the chapel of rest. Mum’s funeral was beautiful and Lymns worked with me so that we could have exactly the day we wanted. It definitely was not a paint-by-numbers affair and they even worked very well with the third-party carriage services we instructed, such that the carriage company commended the funeral arranger’s (Emma’s) “we can” attitude when routes had to be changed last minute so that it caused the family no added pressure at all. I had also experienced that with Emma and Jane at Radcliffe who I had dealt with throughout, who were superb, and Ed, who was the funeral director on the day, was equally professional, respectful and friendly all at the same time. In fact Lymns approaches everything with the utmost professionalism and you know your loved one is being respected from the moment they are in their care. We have had Radcliffe on Trent Lymns for both Mum’s and Dad’s funerals and I feel blessed we made that choice.
