Donna & her team were incredible in the initial few days after Mum’s passing. She was very compassionate, kind and sensitive to our needs & kept our family calm throughout. She continued to help us in the run up to mum’s funeral, taking care of all the admin jobs that needed to be done. We couldn’t have done it without Donna by our side and I certainly felt very comforted by having her with us at mum’s funeral day too.

We cannot thank the staff enough for the attention to detail & respect shown at my late father’s funeral. It’s been an extremely difficult time for our family as we were still grieving for our Mum who we had only lost six months previously. On both occasions the staff showed professionalism & respect. Fantastic service from start to finish. Compassionate, accommodating and carried out our wishes exactly as we requested. Special thanks to Phillip who worked with us so well. It was a perfect day. Exactly as we had hoped. Dad would have loved it!

At this very sad time we needed to have people that understood with the minimal amount of questioning and all the staff at Lymns were this. From the collection of my Aunt;s body in the early hours of the morning to the funeral day. We dealt with Georgia at the office who was very understanding and reassuring in regards to the wheelchair requirement for my Uncle. We were then visited at home by Kirby who was also with us on the day. She was so kind and explained everything in detail - also allowing for my uncle who can be a bit disgruntled occasionally and especially at this time when he had lost his wife of 66 years. On the day I felt the service was 2nd to none. It was professional and no ask was too much. Just what you need when you have other things to focus on. Thank you to all involved

I cannot fault the service, Luara was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
The main asset of Lymns are your staff.
People attending the funeral said it was the best funeral they had ever been to.
I shall be back when the need arises, I hope it is not me.

The service provided from the day of my Dad's death to the performance at the funeral was nothing short of exceptional, the team at Lymns were superb. You took a massive weight off my sister and my shoulders.
Professional and empathetic with nothing being too much trouble, means I could do no other than fully recommend the team here. Thank you very much for your support at this difficult time.
