We had superb service from Jackson Family Funeral Directors. From the moment we first made contact they were kind, compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah at the Worcester branch talked us through the process step-by-step and made sure we only had the elements we wanted to make Mum’s funeral just how she would have wanted it. As a family, we can not fault the level of care and service shown to us and to Mum. We would definitely recommend them to anyone else and when the time comes again, we will know we can rely on them to look after us again.

Organizing a funeral for a love one is a traumatic task and one I faced with sadness and sorrow. Choosing the Jackson Family was a choice I shall forever be thankful for. Sarah, from the time I walked through the door, gave me so much support, guidance and advice that turned the day into yet another fond memory of Tracey rather than a sad reflection of life, and with Pip Challenger guiding me through the service, I could not have wished for a better day. From the moment Sarah and James arrived Mom was treated with kindness and care.
Throughout the whole process of arranging moms service Sarah was amazing. Every step of the way we were listened to, supported and helped with the smallest to biggest of decisions.
With the help of Jacksons moms Celebration of Life was perfect.

Having previously worked alongside Jackson’s family funeral Worcester branch I had no reservations in using them for my mums funeral.
It was lovely that Claire was on duty to take mum into their care.
Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah is exceptional in what she does and worked with us so we had exactly what we wanted. She was compassionate, professional and kind at all times. She was also genuine and approachable.
She matched us with a wonderful celebrant Pip.
On the day of the funeral everything was seamless. We all felt looked after as a family by Sarah and her team.




I can’t thank them enough. They would say they were just doing their job but we would say it felt much more than that to us.

Short version: Exceptional service from first contact to final goodbye

Long version: The service was so good, it was sometimes hard to remember that Jacksons Family Funeral had other customers. When we had questions / concerns / requests, our phone calls were always answered, and we truly felt like we were #1 in their priorities.
Our requirements and requests were rather demanding, but Sarah and the staff delivered them all and with a smile on their face. If Mum hadn't been the one in the casket, she would have felt like she was being treated like royalty.
Thank you Sarah, Claire and staff for making both the Wake and the Funeral go off without a hitch.

Obviously, the times when one needs the services of a funeral director are among the most difficult in life. However, I can wholeheartedly say that Jacksons made the experience of saying farewell to my father as manageable and comforting as we could have hoped, for my mother, my sister, myself and our families. Sarah was outstanding in guiding us through the process. Her approach was respectful yet warm, gently countering our expectations of a sombre and overly formal experience. She instinctively understood the tone we were looking for, never pushed us towards adding additional services and, after listening to us describe the type of service we were looking for, introduced us to a wonderful Reverend who struck exactly the right balance for our needs. While choosing a funeral director is never something one looks forward to, though it is inevitably part of life, I can sincerely recommend Jacksons.

I dealt with Sarah. My mum was on end of life for a while before Christmas so I tentatively approached Jackson funeral service to ask a few questions. They were so compassionate whilst pointing me in the right direction. I wanted an intimate service and was helped to find the perfect venue and the service was perfect.I felt comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble even though mum died  during the Christmas holidays.

From the bottom of mine and Charlie's heart we would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah and her team at Jacksons for everything they did to help the process and planning of Mark's funeral. He sadly passed away in Bournemouth and arranged for him to be back in Worcester as soon as it was convenient.
We asked for a bespoke colour of his coffin (Everton Bluea), the colour matched perfectly and looked outstanding.
The day of the funeral over 50 scooters joined thr procession to the Crematorium which Sarah orchestrated perfectly. Sarah and her team were exemplary.
This is the second time we have worked with Jacksons after organising my mums funeral in 2021. Would highly recommend Jacksons always 1st class service.

From start to finish the Jacksons funeral were exemplary. I honestly can not praise them enough. Having been through this before , with my mother,I had an idea what to expect ,however Jacksons were above ,and beyond my expectations. They are friendly, caring ,and meticulous with detail. 
I felt like I knew them all , and this made the day special. 
I was happy with the cost , the flowers,and even the program of service. 
Although it was a sad occasion their expertise ,and ability to read the situation was second to none . 
I would ,and will recommend Jacksons in the future.

So comforting. Only downside they don't offer payments plans, but aside from that the care and compassion was 100% there.
