I can’t speak more highly of them, right from Sarah coming to my home she was so lovely helpful understanding and listened to how I was feeling not pushing me into things I didn’t need, the celebrant Jenny whom they work along side with was amazing and on the day of the Funeral they were so professional they were the right fit for me I would highly recommend them.

He was a big man. My son had to help him up which will probably scar him for life. Should have had more paull bearers. On a good note, Sarah was wonderful and helped me so much. Unfortunately, I will be using your services again.

Everything arranged beautifully and could not have been more helpful with setting everything up. Kept in contact about every detail to make sure it was what my wife would have wanted.

Everyone said the service was perfect and my wife would have been very proud.

Every staff member I met was professional and respectful.

I found Jackson funeral services excellent, I found the whole process hard of course, but the lady who looked after me from start to finish was a lady called Sarah!, She guided me step by step through the arrangements, and choices of what I wanted, I with my dear sister decided to go with a celebrant service which focuses on the person who has passed away and not it being all about religion.From meeting the lovely celebrant Jenny who wrote such lovely sentiments and got my husband off to a Tee, through some notes was terrific and did him proud on the day, I thank you so much. They were all so approachable and professional, but they felt like friends more than a business, I literally had everything taken care of even the flowers and the wake which was perfect,all of this was a great relief given the grief I am going through.so yes I would strongly recommend them,as nothing was too much trouble and for what obviously was a very upsetting day went smoothly.my sincere thanks to Sarah who was an absolute Star for me, such a lovely caring person who gave me comfort and understanding, thank you so much Sarah.

From my initial contact with the staff I knew I wanted them to take care of my son after he passed away suddenly. Their care, support and understanding towards us all will stay with me. We had excellent communication with them and they were highly professional and dignified throughout, explaining each step carefully to us. I needed a lot of advice and they were very fair and honest in giving it. The funeral was as perfect as I could hope for, made possible by all the staff and the celebrant. I would recommend Jackson’s to anyone I know who may be faced with a loss, they cared for my son, myself and my family and for that I am so grateful.

The death of my father was sudden and a shock to my mother and I. We have been advised by a neighbour to use Jackson Family Funeral Service and we were not disappointed. Sarah who is based at the Worcester branch, was kind, calm and welcoming. As we navigated our way around planning a fitting send off and the legalities that this entailed. Sarah showed us a range of different options and gave opinion of best fits based on her extensive knowledge but we did not feel pushed to choose what had been suggested. Sarah gave us time to consider and did not rush us. Sarah was respectful and treated him care and consideration while he was in the Jackson funeral’s care, we were able to see this for ourselves when we visited my dad in the chapel of rest. The day of the funeral went very well and dad was given a wonderful send off from this world into whatever may come next. Should a family member, friend or colleague need to contact a funeral directors, then we will be recommending Jacksons to them. You and your loved one are both cared for.

Sarah was just amazing from the first time we met her all the way through to dads funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The kindness and compassion she showed to mum (and my brother and I) was outstanding. ‘Thankyou’ seems inadequate but it is sent with sincere gratitude for Sarah and her team. Thankyou so much.

After contacting several funeral directors for what was a fairly difficult remote cremation, I got through to Sarah . Empathy and customer kindness were a priority . Efficient and knowledgeable Sarah made the process sincere and easy to deal with . Fantastic care before, on the day and after . Absolutely faultless. I would say don't bother going anywhere else if you want support and efficiency. Brilliant service .

Jacksons handled the funeral arrangements very well. We had personal conversations with them as well, and kept us informed as much as possible especially when the funeral had to be postponed because of a delayed post mortem. We would recommend them to anyone who needed their services.
