Jackson Family Funerals have just dealt wonderfully with my brother - his sudden death resulted in a number of complications that would have fazed many companies; however; Jacksons took it all in their stride and made what could have been an extraordinarily stressful time much easier.
As our elder family members have lived to good ages, we've recently had to deal with a number of relatives departing in rather quick order - with rather varied service from local firms whom seemed to have their eye on what they could charge more than the service they should have provided.
Jacksons are a considerable distance from our area but this didn't affect the liaison or the funeral provision, our experience of them was far superior to previous undertakers
Our family preference this time - and acknowledging the present Covid restrictions - Jacksons provided a simple cremation only undertaking most efficiently and kept good friendly contact going by email and phone.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Loosing my Mum & best friend during Covid lockdown was very hard for me, but Sarah from Jackson Family Funeral Directors was superb she made me feel like a friend instead of a client, listened with humility whilst I cried, & did her best to cheer me up, I told her about my Mum's relationship with my rescue Bulldogs, & even shared photo's of them, & not once did she make me feel anything other than a wonderful level of care & compassion, & because of the way they made me feel I would genuinely love to meet them one day, so Thank you for helping me through the worst time of my life, I would recommend them to anyone, they are professional & caring, Thank you!

The service from Jackson Family Funeral Directors was exceptional. Everything was arranged for us and within all of the Covid guidelines. They remained in contact with us throughout and supported us on the day of the funeral and afterwards. They were friendly and approachable at a time when we needed it most.

I have been to a lot of funerals but never have i had to arrange one so when i did my brothers i had the best people to help nothing was to much trouble the kindness and dignity was superb from beginning to the end they helped all the way to give him the respect he deserved .

Jackson's gave a father a wonderful final farewell, we cannot fault the service they provided.
Their attention to the little details was relaxing and comforting to know that everything was going to go smoothly.
On the day we couldn't have been prouder, all who attended the service afterwards said how well Jackson's dealt with my father passing with total respect and dignity.
