From my first contact with Jacksons I was treated professionally and with kindness.  Sarah guided us expertly through the process and always treated us with care and sensitivity.  She made the whole process as smooth as it could be and always promptly answered any queries I had.  On the day of the funeral Sarah was there to help support us and all the staff from Jacksons were lovely.  There isn't a single thing that could have gone better and I'd like to thank Sarah and everyone at Jacksons.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sarah, from the beginning was very helpful and understanding. Working around all of our needs and requests. Not afraid to express their expert and personal opinion I order to help us with our decision making. On the day, Sarah and the team were very professional and even laid back when the conversation changed to humour at times when needed.

Everyone at Jackson's were very sympathetic and understanding of the situation. Sarah in particular was able to help us and offer advice with all aspects when planning the funeral, and kept us well informed as to what was happening. On the day of the funeral Jackson's arrived as planned, and Sarah and the team were very supportive when the reality hit us, making sure that we were OK and ready at each stage before continuing. I don't think there is anything more Jackson's could have done to have helped make what is a very difficult time pass without issue or complication - I would thoroughly recommend them.

Sarah and the staff at Jacksons were amazing our day ran smoothly and was better than we hoped. The celebrant Tracy Fellowes (chosen by Sarah) was brilliant and helped create a wonderful celebration of my wife Jan's life. Sarah also recommended The Bull at Fernhill heath for the wake, this was the perfect venue and everyone remarked on the food they provided. Sarah was terrific and helped ease us through a sad and difficult time. xx

The Jackson Family Funerals Team, spearheaded by Sarah and Mark, could not have been more helpful, courteous, attentive and prompt in their dealings to ensure Mum's travel, care at the premises, funeral and burial arrangements went smoothly. Some adaptions had to be made at a late stage in the process, but all was accommodated and a respectful service led by their lovely celebrant 'Jenny' was duly organised and reverentially performed, with the aftercare requests promptly followed up by the company.
