Sarah is so sensitive and understanding; nothing was too much trouble for her. We can’t thank her enough for making a very difficult time for us, bearable. Her team on the day of mums service were also excellent. Thankyou once again for everything you did for us.

The past three weeks have been extremely difficult for my boyfriend and I, but having Sarah take care of the funeral for my boyfriend’s Dad was an absolute godsend. Sarah did everything she could to put us at ease - two young people, who had never done this before! - right from the very first phone call. She was professional, informative, and she even made us laugh along the way. A very big thank you to you, you really are amazing.

Jackson's and Sarah in particular were amazing in their support and guidance from start to finish in arranging the funeral for my daughter Daisy who died suddenly at the start of this year. From calling back out of hours in response to my first message and then collecting my daughter from the chapel of rest at the hospital, to dressing her and ensuring she kept her favourite teddy with her, right through to ensuring my daughter's ashes were left safely in the care of the cemetery - they were amazing.
Having never had to organise a funeral before I felt safe with them and was fully confident that they had our best interests at the forefront of everything they were doing. They guided us through all of the arrangements and helped us financially with knowing what could and could not be covered by the governments Child Funeral Fund, even so the amount we had to pay to them was much lower than we had expected.
Our daughters funeral was potentially what could be described as a logistical nightmare for a funeral directors with over 500 motorbike riders accompanying us and a police guard of honour being organised at the crematorium but Sarah took it all in her stride, suggested what venue would be best for what we were planning, decorated their vehicles beautifully with butterflies that my daughter would have loved and pulled off what can only be described as the the most perfect send off we could have hoped for for Daisy.
We will be forever grateful to them x

Sarah and her team were amazing , I would choose Jackson’s Funeral Directors without any hesitation. Sarah went above and beyond anything I could ever have imagined , she really gave me an outstanding service in very difficult circumstances . Sarah took any stress away from me , she just excelled at her service . Sarah gave me a very personal service which was so much appreciated at such a sad time . 
All of my family who came into contact with Sarah were so complimentary of her , and wish to thank her for the care she gave to both myself and my late husband .

Everyone at Jackson's did a fantastic job and provided an excellent service in what was a difficult time. We went for an usual service that was very informal with the objective being a celebration of a life rather than mourn the loss of one.

My wife's wishes contained certain 'colourful' requests in which Sarah and her team weren't phased about and embraced every unusual condition, which we very much appreciated. They supported us with every aspect of the arrangements and especially on the day of the funeral.

We certainly would recommend Jackson's Family Funeral Directors to anyone, without hesitation.

At a time when you are your most vulnerable, you need someone to help and guide, with quiet efficiency. Jackson's had that in bucketfuls. Sarah was compassionate, empathetic and so kind. The planning of mum's funeral was made so easy and on the actual day, the team that took us through were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was taken care of, without me having to worry. I can't thank Sarah, Tim and the team enough for their support at a very sad time.

Would have been Excellent score but only slight drawback was on two occasions my surname was misspelt (on initial quote and email address leading to emails going astray).
Accuracy with such things should be a given.
First class service otherwise!

Sarah was always helpful in making complicated arrangements, and although she was self-isolating for the event itself, Tim was able to stand in without a flaw. Everything went exactly as planned and the whole occasion was managed faultlessly.

I would definitely recommend Jacksons.
