My sister Rachel and I were very pleased with Susan and her team... They were extremely warm, kind and compassionate at a very difficult and sad time.. Also her celebrant Melanie lead heartwarming service and exactly how our mother would have wanted it..
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone.

The professionalism and care extended to myself and family was excellent.
My Father treated with the utmost dignity.
I personally went to see my Dad in the chapel of rest each morning. I was made to feel welcome and never felt that it was an easy nconvenience

The whole funeral experience organised and personally supervised by Susan Whymark was brilliant. Her staff suggested a celebrant who hit exactly the right note throughout. Those who attended the service said that in many ways it was a happy and uplifting experience, which was due on no small part to the funeral director herself.

At a time when my brother and myself were in shock it was a relief to have the support and guidance in making the arrangements. On the day of the funeral we were allowed to go at our own pace and we’re not rushed to do anything. All the staff we met were professional, calming, helpful and reassuring, and made a very stressful and anxious time easier to deal with. Thank you
