Susan and her team were so compassionate and professional in what has been a very difficult time following the death of our daughter. We can't recommend Susan Whymark Funeral Services enough.

From start to completion, the services provided were excellent. The initial discussions gave us an idea of what was possible, along with associated costs. Much effort was put in by the team to ensure that we were comfortable with everything from the clothes Mum was put in, access to sitting with her, the type of coffin and the order of service.
I genuinely cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved prior to the service, the support and actions on the day, and the calm and kind approach the team took with everything. I would definitely use them again

I cannot think of anything else they could of done for us. We were shown such kindness, were helped and explained everything. Susan herself is a lovely compassionate lady. We all thank you for your wonderful caring service, at such a sad time.

I cannot fully put into words how grateful I am to Susan Whymark Funeral Services regarding the arrangements for the recent funeral of my late Mother. From the initial telephone call and then my visiting your offices I have really appreciated all the guidance that I received. I would like to thank Joanne for her patience and understanding through this difficult time and to Mandy for all her advice and support on the day, I feel I bombarded her with so many questions. The Pallbearers were so respectful bringing my Mother into the Chapel and the lady organising the music was so understanding that my family wished to sit and listen to the music being played and she advised there was no rush to leave. I am not sure if it was a co-incidence or had been requested but I really appreciated that the screen backdrop on the monitor with my Mother’s name had a picture of beautiful Daffodils. These flowers were my Mother’s favourite and to ensure they were at her funeral I decided to make a display of silk Daffodils. I now have an appropriate container for my Mother’s ashes until I decide on her final destination. As I said on the day this was a Celebration of my Mother’s life and the farewell we gave her was fitting to someone that enjoyed life to the full. Thank you again, I will be eternally grateful for all your help. Julie Bell

From start to finish we were made to feel included in everything and given as much time as we needed.
Our most cherished family member was in the best possible hands and we are only sad that he ever had to leave them.
