Established in 2004, Susan Whymark Funeral Service is dedicated to helping you through a difficult time in your life. Everything is carried out under one roof, from arranging your loved one’s funeral to visiting them in the peaceful chapel of rest.

It's difficult to navigate the practical necessities of dealing with a loved one's death. From the moment I rang Susan Whymark Funeral Services Ltd , I knew I was in safe hands. The night my husband passed away, they came to collect his body from our home and showed deep respect for him, and great compassion for me, as well as leaving a very useful booklet for me to read regarding next steps. When I visited their offices in Eye to make the arrangements, the process was efficient and sensitively handled. There's a lot to do when organising a funeral - choosing a location, viewing the body, getting flowers arranged, doing an order of service with photo montage and music. It was all new to me but Susan Whymark Funeral Services were informative and helpful at every stage. On the day of the funeral itself, the whole team of pallbearers and Susan Whymark were professional, well-organised and sensitive. The pallbearers were flawless at all points and the committal into the grave was seamless. Susan Whymark Funeral Services Ltd helped me give my husband a wonderful funeral and are professional and empathetic to the highest degree. In my opinion they are the best, and none can be better. Excellent, personal service throughout from the initial phone call to the after funeral care.
Joanne was amazing at tailoring my mums and our wishes for a beautiful celebration of my mums life, while providing advice and support to us all.
