They keep you informed every step of the way and give you all the information that is needed to give your loved ones the send off they deserve. My daughter and I were extremely happy with your service: professional, sensitive, efficient and you provided exactly what we requested. We had a private cremation and Memorial Service in Church. We are yet to finally complete the burial of the ashes but this timing is of our choosing.

We cannot fault the service we received from Susan Whymark Funeral Services in any way. From the first call to the actual day of the funeral (and after), we have been dealt with in a professional, kind and courteous way. We had a slightly unusual funeral but that was met with a chorus of "of course we can" and the day itself was beautiful, calm, well organised and serene. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you all very much

Couldn't have been any better the young lady Amanda who arranged everything is kind and thoughtful nothing too much trouble very professional as well just what I wanted for my late husband. It was the hardest thing I have had to do especially on my own. but down to their service made it easier for me so much so I now have arranged for my own funeral with them. Thank you.
