Thornalley in Swaffham were outstanding, they guided us through the whole process with sensitivity and professionalism.
It was very moving and reassuring to have Peter walking in front of the car with his silver topped cane as we approached church.

From first contact to receipt of the deceased's ashes the funeral directors have been amazing. It was all delivered in less than three weeks of my brother's death which has helped to reduce stress and grieving. Their understanding, help and professionalism has been outstanding. Peter and Nichola were fantastic. They supported us through the whole process and kept us informed of progress. Everything was smoothly run. Peter was very stately walking in front of the hearse and had great presence. Nichola responded promptly and caringly to every request we had including ordering the memorial jewellery items. We cannot say how pleased we were with them both.

Kind, caring , and understanding.
Mum had already bought a Pre-Paid Funeral Plan, but it was still a traumatic time.

Following the recent death of my mother a family member suggested that I visit Thorn Alley. I know that people will say that they were 'Just doing their job' but, from the care and compassion shown during the service to the help and support throughout a very traumatic experience, these people went way above 'Just doing their job'. As such, I cannot recommend Thorn Alley highly enough.
