My family have used thornalley for 3 beloved family members now each time the empathy and respect and kindness leading up and during has been amazing they have given my loved ones the best send off and guided me through it so well I highly recommend

Thornalley conducted my husband's funeral with respect and dignity. The whole process was organised with precision and that left me stress free and calm.

Navigating everything when a loved one passes is a minefield and planning their last journey is something that has to be right; Nichola and Peter were with us every step of the way. It was very moving and reassuring to have Peter walking in front of the car with his silver topped cane as we approached church.

From first contact to receipt of the deceased's ashes the funeral directors have been amazing. It was all delivered in less than three weeks of my brother's death which has helped to reduce stress and grieving. Their understanding, help and professionalism has been outstanding.
