Nicola and Peter at Thornalley Swaffham were absolutely superb - extremely helpful and able to offer great advice and guidance whilst being caring and considerate. They were organised with clear, communication throughout to keep us informed of what was required and was happening at all times which ensured that everything ran like clockwork on the day. Fantastic service which we were completely satisfied with and would thoroughly recommend them.

What you need from a funeral director is for them to deal with everything for you so as to take away any unnecessary additional stress. You want them to be proactive but also available when you need help & to respond to communication quickly. On the day, you want them to be quietly organised & take care of everything for you.
We cannot thank Thornalley's enough for how they went about these things following the passing of our dear mum & for their thoughtful attention & impeccable service.

Thornalley Funeral Services in Swaffham were outstanding in organising our dad's funeral. They are highly organised, understanding and compassionate and made the whole process painless. They organised absolutly everything keeping us updated and informed of progress on a regular basis and chasing information when needed. They were also outstanding on the day calling in the morning and supporting throughout the service. Many Thanks to the Swaffham team for a excellent job.

Right from the start we were welcomed with kindness,empathy and full support.

Peter and Nicola went above and beyond helping us to arrange our dear mums funeral. So much care and attention was taken to ensure the day was perfect.
Peter kept in touch all the way building up to the day so that nothing had been missed or just to check in to make sure we were OK..

The day was faultless and beautiful, many family and friends made comment on how perfect the whole service was.

The team have been very supportive and sensitive in arranging my mother's funeral. They were able to offer helpful suggestions and guide us through the process of what would be needed which was very useful as we'd never arranged a funeral before. They regularly kept in touch including on the day of the funeral which allowed us to ask questions as needed.
Very professional friendly service, would recommend to anyone.

Peter and Nichola were so kind, they were very helpful in our time of need, nothing was too much trouble. As you would expect the professionalism was exceptional, putting us all at ease. The actual day of the funeral was handled with the upmost respect, a fitting send off for our loved one.
