This was such a hard time for me as Kim left us so suddenly without warning we had never discussed funeral arrangements and from the first phone call I made to Nichola she was amazing she didn’t rush me on anything and was so helpful and understanding of how I felt at this painful time.

At this difficult time and first time for myself, to look after someone's affairs & estate, i needed as much help and guidance as possible.
