I knew the arrangements for the funeral had to be made,this is when I contacted Chapmans & Thornalley I cannot recommend them highly enough .They are the most compassionate,kind hearted and professional people to help you through this most difficult time.

I want to thank Peter he was outstanding in everything he did for me. If I needed an answer he was there and immediately gave it to me. Our family appreciated and were very happy with the services provided by Thornalley at the Swaffham branch.All of our wishes regarding our darling mother Zelma were met with professionalism and great kindness by all the staff.We would especially like to thank Nichola for her preparation and care to mum ready for our visit in the chapel of rest.Mum looked lovely and this made a difficult time for us more bearable.Thankyou for your care and support.My sisters and I  would whole heartedly recommend Thornalley to other family members and friends when the need arises.
