Nicola & Peter were so lovely. The took great cate of my husband Philip and were there whenever I needed advice or help. They made this sad time more bearable. I cannot praise them enough. Everything for my brother’s funeral was carried out with the utmost care and friendly courtesy by Thornally Funeral Services. The music was exactly as requested and it all went so smoothly. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, even to holding umbrellas over us and helping us to the car afterwards, and on such a wet day meant a lot.  Well done to you all.

From start to finish the service we received from Peter and Nicola was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Peter insured all our requests were met. His guidance regarding the funeral arrangements was much appreciated as was his sensitivity on all occasions. On the day of the funeral Peter and his team were professional and considerate at all times. As a family we are deeply grateful for the service we received and have already received several kind comments from family and friends. Peter and team should be incredibly proud of a job well done.

My mother had a funeral plan with Thornalleys and as soon as she passed away they carried out all the arrangements while at the same time keeping me fully involved with the plans. My especial thanks go to Nichola, who was a sympathetic ear when I needed it. Everything went according to plan on the day; they couldn’t have done more. Thank you.

They were professional and yet caring.  Helped to make organising the funeral easy. Used their own crematorium at Scoulton which has been wonderfully designed.  
It was lovely to be able to have photos shown on the screen looking like they were in a photo album. 
Would totally recommend them not only for the funeral but for the care and understand they give to the family.

Thornalley Funeral Services is a small independent family business and they looked after me superbly as part of their family, when sadly my dear Mum passed. I would certainly recommend their service to anyone who find themselves having to arrange a funeral for their loved one.

Wonderful service from Nichola and Peter and the rest of the staff at the Swaffham office and in the printing department too. All were kind, helpful, considerate and accommodating. The recommendations of florist and after funeral family meeting venue were perfect as we did not know the area very well.
