What can I say, they were amazing from start to finish, kept us updated on everything, from Alison to Kate to the drivers to Nellie( the celebrant) fantastic, nothing was ever to much trouble no matter what we asked, what a fantastic group of people, always made to feel welcome when we needed to call to see them, this is a funeral directors that I would always use if needed to. ❤️

The funeral director company was incredibly professional, but what I did not expect, nor believe is the norm is just how amazingly compassionate, caring, supportive and knowledgeable the staff were. Alison from the Rainhill branch made an awful time of my life as manageable as could have possibly been. I Castleton thank her enough!

From the minute you walk into Debbie Bennett’s Rainhill branch you just know your loved ones become their loved ones.
Ali is the most compassionate and caring lady, she guides  you through  the whole process with no question left unanswered.
Kate and her team are the most professional and polite people from the risk assessment, to returning your loved one home every aspect is covered without fuss  and with care. The day itself is explained beforehand so you are prepared. I can’t praise them enough for the kindness and thoughtfulness and just how special each individual is who works there. This is the 2nd time I’ve needed to use them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who sadly needs to use them.

I'd never had to plan a funeral before so the support I got from Debbie Bennett Independent Funeral Directors was very welcomed. From start to finish the staff involvement was amazing, my son had contacted them initially and said he didn't want to try elsewhere as they made him feel very comfortable. Every member of staff made me feel like they truly cared and wasn't just "doing their job". I am truly thankful for their support throughout the whole extremely hard process. 100% recommend ❤️

Debbie Bennett’s funeral directors were simply amazing, their service was highly professional, empathetic, kind and caring. They made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. They kept us informed of every stage of the process and we were enabled to make personal choices freely. All of the staff were friendly, kind, empathetic, respectful and supportive. Kate the funeral director was a lovely lady who really brought everything together beautifully on the day . I would highly recommend the service provided by all staff from Debbie Bennett’s. Regular contact meant we knew who and when we would need to speak to others involved in the service such as the celebrant. They have a high level of communication, organisation and personable skills. I honestly couldn’t fault their service !!

Everyone at Debbie Bennett FD cannot be praised enough for the way in which David & I were guided & looked after, through this difficult process. Then how your Prescot staff presented our mother, to Kate & the drivers on Tuesday - Everything was just perfect. Great that we could just pop in at any time.
Special thanks to Ali @ Rainhill for her kindness in allowing our daughters, Sarah, Emma & Katy along with my nephew, Phillip to see Mum on a daily basis … this will never be forgotten!

Debbie Bennett’s have been wonderful, a joined up empathic service that really felt like Mum was cared for. Our hearse driver was considerate and allowed us to say a little goodbye at the house.
