The staff were very sincere. They were very organised and supportive in the period leading up to the funeral. Then equally on the day of the funeral. The extra services the company provides such as flowers and the order of service were delivered in the same way too taking out extra stressful jobs at such a difficult time .  In addition their prices are advertised and there are no hidden costs.

My dear Mum passed away on 6 January. I was and still am totally bereft. I have no siblings so aside from my husband, I felt alone and hadn’t a clue what I was doing. The coroner told me I had to appoint a funeral director and again hadn’t a clue. A lady had recommended Debbie Bennett’s to me so I picked up the phone and made contact with the Rainhill branch. Alison answered the phone and I didn’t even know what I was asking for, I broke down but from that initial point of contact with Alison and the manner in which she responded to me, I knew that I was going with Debbie Bennett’s. Every single step I have taken, they have been with me, holding my hand, supporting me, guiding me… and on the day of the funeral, Kate, our funeral director, words cannot describe how in awe I was of her. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Debbie Bennett’s. They have inspired me in a way that I wouldn’t hesitate love to be able to make people in my situation feel the way they have made me feel. From the moment we began planning my mums funeral, Alison (at the Rainhill branch) made us feel welcome. Everything was planned to precision. John the celebrant was amazing both with the planning of the eulogy and the delivery. Communication was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. My mum looked absolutely beautiful and I can see how much care she was given. The funeral went without a hitch and I thank all of those involved. My biggest thanks is to Alison. Such a caring and professional lady, she made a very difficult time in our lives bearable as we knew all the arrangements were in safe hands. 
Needless to say I would highly recommend Debbie Bennett’s.

Debbie Bennetts FD, Rainhill. I would highly reccommend the Funeral Service that they provide. Alison gave excellent Customer Service throughout the whole process. She made the whole process so much easier, explaining everything at every stage. She was constantly in touch making sure that all the details asked for were correct and completed as requested. The funeral ran so well and Carl was exeptional. My husband was in the Army and all the gentlemen provided were all ex military which was a lovely touch. I feel the funeral would not have been as lovely as it was if I had used any other funeral directors. Thank you for making Robs final farewll so memorable. I will be asking my family to have my funeral with Debbie Bennetts.

From the moment I first went in to speak to them they were extremely professional and caring. Ali who overseen everything for us was Fantastic, caring and took a huge strain off a very difficult time. Communication was excellent from the start and organising my Dad's Funeral at such a stressful time felt effortless thanks to Ali. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the support we recieved was exceptional.

Special mentions also to both John...decent bloke for an Evertonian😉 and our Limousine Driver on the day (Peter) who were Professional throughout and really nice guys.

Can't recommend Debbie Bennett highly enough and the employees are an absolute credit. Thankyou for everything ❤️
