Excellent service by all the staff who were all very professional and lovely people. I dealt with Ann in the office in Rainhill, Chris the Celebrant, Steven who created the service booklet. Everything went to plan and the service was lovely, we couldn't have asked for more. There was a problem with getting the medical certificate and Ann was helping with all the phone calls for that as well. Would recommend this company.

I would like to thank Catherine at the Rainhill branch. Aswell as being professional, she was so caring, she showed such empathy and made Alan's passing so much easier to bear. She was so comforting, she is a very special lady.

Exceptionally highly recommended. In an incredibly difficult time, where both parents passed within a few days of each other, we received tremendous support from Debbie Bennett and her superb team. They ensured mum and dad's joint funeral, at GreenAcres, was a beautiful and fitting tribute to a very special couple. Everyone we dealt with was kindness and professionalism personified. They took all of the pressure off us in terms of arrangements – it made a real difference to us. Excellent.

Beautiful service, very respectful at all times. Very sensitive and accommodating for all visits, from the initial visit to all visits to the chapel. Always made you feel welcome and reassured. Very friendly and caring.

The team at Debbie Bennett’s Rainhill were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much, they organised everything from start to finish and gave great advice when we weren’t sure of what we wanted. Ann was wonderful, always at the end of the phone and was especially amazing when our Daughter wanted to visit her Grandad. John and his team went above and beyond on the day of the funeral, they were extremely professional and respectful yet very approachable and took away as much stress away as they could. They looked after our Dad wonderfully. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

So pleased we chose Debbie Bennett as our FD.  From the very beginning the family felt they had our interests at heart at all times & were able to guide us gently through the daunting & emotional decisions of planning a funeral for our loved one.  Ann at the Rainhill office was especially helpful, compassionate & professional & afforded us the time & space to make our decisions.  She kept us informed throughout & we always felt welcome.  The office in Rainhill is especially bright, modern & pleasant.
Also we are indebted to  Ann for recommending Greenacres Woodland Burials to us for the Service.  It’s a very special place to say goodbye to a loved one & we are so pleased she did this.  
I would definitely recommend them to you  An excellent score would have been awarded but for a few minor issues of detail.  However, overall the company provides a high standard of service,  is friendly & welcoming  & professional.

I would highly recommend Debbie Bennett’s funeral directors they could not do enough for are mum they made sure the whole family was doing great kept us informed of any changes. Their professionalism was of the highest regard throughout.

I was kept fully updated at every stage  with such compassion & empathy (Ann the funeral arranger is certainly in the right profession) & especially so with regards  regulations  etc concerning the coronavirus.

A family member was so impressed by the professionalism of all the staff members on the actual day of the beautiful service, he made it his “mission” to obtain & receive a business card for his own  ‘send off’ !
