I cannot rate the service I received from Alison (Debbie Bennett - Rainhill) highly enough. You enter her office feeling overwhelmed, confused and lost. But in just a few moments, Alison will put you at ease, talk you through your options and you will leave feeling like you have been chatting with a friend. On the day of my Father's funeral, everything went like clockwork - I cannot fault them.
If you are wondering which funeral director to choose to take care of your loved one, you may think they are all the same. I can assure you they are not all the same, and would suggest you look no further than Debbie Bennett at Rainhill.

Alison, Dave and the team were lovely, they showed care and compassion towards our family every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they took the time to listen to us and ensure we gave my father the funeral he deserved with dignity and love.

I can’t thank everyone at Debbie Bennett Funeral Director’s enough for the compassion and kindness they showed me when my husband passed so suddenly he looked just like my Alan when I went to see him I never felt rushed they allowed me time with him Alison at Rainhill was particularly good with me. The Service from , Debbie Bennett’s has been excellent from beginning to end. Everything was explained in a sensitive and caring manner and you always felt confident that everything was being properly dealt with so there was nothing to worry about at  what is a difficult time for families and relatives. On the day of the funeral the staff were brilliant and acted with appropriate decorum and were respectful. They helped to bring some calm when you could easily become stressed and emotional on a difficult day. I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie Bennett’s when funeral services are required, they have been first class in every respect.

From start to finish I cannot fault this company. They gave my dad the utmost care & compassion & they were so caring with us too. Everything went to plan & my dad had a good send off. He was an Everton fan & we even drove past there for him one last time. They sorted everything out for us at such a sad time. I would highly recommend Debbit Bennett's undertakers. My Mum sadly passed away but had a pre booked funeral plan with Debbie Bennett funeral directors. I was so glad about this as they handled everything for us at what was a devastating and sad time. The on-call staff were quick to answer the phone and offered reassurance and advice. All of the staff we dealt with were professional, kind, and did all they could to accommodate our wishes. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for ensuring my lovely Mum was looked after and had the funeral she wanted. I would highly recommend Debbie Bennett funeral directors and if I could, I would give more than five stars for the service they provided.
