Katheryn explained everything thoroughly and kept on top of everything to ensure the funeral was exactly what my deceased brother wanted. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I wish to add that in my job, I have to deal with funeral directors regularly and I found this company to be the best for service and price compared to the others in the area

The staff at Debbie Bennett have been lovely from the girls in the office to the driver and funeral guys.  I have never dealt with this before but they made the experience as good as it could be.  It’s an expensive business but I’m afraid that is just the nature of the business but I couldn’t have chosen better.  They arranged a special bamboo lattice basket rounded style coffin which was just perfect and very in keeping with the memorial service venue .  When it came to visiting my mum and them making her look as comfortable as possible they were very caring and compassionate at what was a very difficult visit.  Thank you ALL

The whole experience from my initial enquiry was absolutely first class.  I received amazing support from Catherine during my many phone calls and visits to the office, nothing was a problem for her.  Carl managed events on the day of the funeral ensuring that everything went to plan, they were very professional.  Two days after the funeral was my mum’s birthday and on my way to visit her grave I bumped into Carl and the team as they were waiting outside the church on another job and they all remembered me and took the time to ask how I was and we had a quick chat.  
Debbie has assembled an outstanding team of local people who do all that they can to support and help families through a very difficult time.  I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Unfortunately this is the second time I have used Debbie Bennett’s in the space of a year but my family and I couldn’t have felt any better taken care of. From the moment Catherine entered our home to support with a funeral plan, Ann supporting us with cups of tea to Gemma letting me send my dad off in a most personal way we couldn’t have been in safer hands. I can’t thank them all enough for making such an emotional day perfect for us.

I cannot fault the service provided by Debbie Bennett FD. From the moment my mum was taken into their care, to picking her ashes up I was shown nothing but kindness and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and they really did take care of everything. I would especially like to mention Ann, Catherine and Gemma, who were so kind and compassionate. Debbie and her wonderful team made the days after our dads passing more bearable, we were treated with compassion, dignity and professionalism. We visited the office in Rainhill several times and we're always greeted with genuine care, a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear. Particular thanks to Gemma who lead the beautiful service on the funeral day. We had 3 family cars, all spotless with lovely courteous drivers. They organised flowers and cards too. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star. Thank you for looking after our lovely dad so well

Cannot thank Debbie and the team enough. They went above and beyond in helping us at the most devastating time of our lives nothing was too much trouble. They definitely made the hardest time for us all that much easier. Ann and Catherine in the office are amazing alway there when you needed anything even if it was just a chat and I felt comfortable our little girl was in safe hands and well looked after with them at times when we couldn’t be there. We would also like to thank John for all his help from travelling 190 miles to bring our little angel home to us and keeping in contact with us all the way to the day of her funeral making sure everything went smoothly. My only regret is not using Debbie and the team a few years earlier when my mum had passed away I feel they would of made that day a lot easier too. Again we cannot thank Debbie and the team enough for all their kindness, compassion, generosity and the care and respect they showed to our Gabriella we will be forever grateful.
