I contacted Debbie Bennett by chance and decided to use them based on discussions I had had with a few Funeral Directors. From the very first meeting they where as professional and efficient as you could possbily hope for during an obviously sad period of time. They dealt with everything and guided us through the process and considerations. Their fees where clear with disbursements at cost clearly shown. Being able to use them to organise and pay for ancilliary services such as flowers, etc..... made the whole process so much easier. The suppliers they deal with where all excellent and again made the whole process so much easier. I don't write reviews often but in this case felt compelled to recommend their excellent services.

The professional and loving care my beautiful mum Christine Heaton ,and us as a family received from the staff at Rainhill Debbie Bennetts was SECOND TO NONE .Our family felt welcomed and going to visit mum was simply beautiful. Having used the wonderful services of Debbie Bennett’s in March 23, it was only natural that we asked them to look after Mum when she passed in early January.
All the Staff are so sincere, caring and friendly in what is a totally devastating period in your life. Alison, Ann & John really made sure Mums funeral was delivered exactly as I wanted and they thought of things I hadn’t and helped me so much. I cannot praise them enough nor thank them for being such amazing people who really do care. Thank you again for all you did for Mum and ourselves as a Family xxx

Besides being very professional the staff Ann & Alison provided kindness and support looking after my Dad. They did such a good job with everything and eased the pressure on us over this sad time. It was a perfect goodbye. They took their time to chat and listen over a cup of tea.
The drivers also looked after us, they were patient and polite.
Overall everyone looked after us with respect and dignity.

The team at Debbie Bennett Rainhill was amazing.
Our funeral was a little different. The family did not want a traditional funeral, preferring to call it an After-Party.
Alison and the team were amazing, not at all phased by our unusual requests.
I can't praise them highly enough. In addition, I found their costs to be very reasonable.

I unexpectedly lost my husband in October he was 40 years old. I myself widowed at 35 with two children. I didn't know where to begin planning a funeral. The first phone call Ally put me at ease and arranged a meeting. During the meeting she guided me through step by step and answered all my questions. We stuck to my budget and arranged the most amazing send off for my husband. The staff were very knowledgeable and had great ideas. Whilst in the chapel every detail was perfect, they were amazing with my two girls age 13 and 6. My 13 year old visited the chapel daily the staff made her feel welcome and at ease to attend alone after school. When my 6 year old went they kept it light and fun, She loved getting sweets and colouring pictures for her daddy in his special room. The whole day was arranged perfectly and he was given a perfect send off dignified but age appropriate for our young family. I was even given an excellent referral for a headstone! Thank you all so very much it's awful the reason we met but our meeting is something I'll never forget.
