Mum wanted a simple direct cremation. She was collected from her nursing home with dignity and kindness which was commented on by the nursing staff. Alison handled everything in a personal, caring manner and we felt looked after as well as mum. It was comforting to know that everything was done locally. Thank you.

Everything about the arrangements for my husband, Eamon’s funeral was excellent. The staff when I made the arrangements were kind, comforting, helpful and extremely supportive. They encouraged me to call in at any time. The Funeral Director and drivers on the day of the funeral couldn’t have done more to help us. I can’t speak too highly of Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors. They were everything I needed during that sad and very difficult time.

We would highly recommend Debbie Bennetts Funeral Directors as the care and compassion they showed to us at this difficult time was outstanding.

The respect they showed our dad and the personal touch they provided was truly amazing.

All staff provided a listening ear at a difficult time, with Alison going the extra mile and giving us 'mum hugs', which provided so much comfort to us.

All staff were respectful of my dad from the moment they picked him up to his final journey, even playing z cars on each journey taken while on his travels.

Dave also provided so much support on the day of our dads funeral, as were the drivers of the cars, one of whom was extremely compassionate towards the children, putting them as ease (and even gave them sweets).

Nothing was ever too much, all our instructions were followed and they took the pressure off us, by organising and ensuring our wishes were adhered to.

I would like to Thank Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors Rainhill and the team for there guidance and support arranging my Mothers Funeral and a very big Thankyou to Alison Rowe who couldn't do enough to help me due to me having to arrange my Mothers Funeral on my own. Very professional and Sympathetic and nothing was a problem truly a Massive Asset to the Bennett Family. The day was perfect. i would also like to thanks John & Dave they were both very courteous on the day also like to thank Angela Broadbent the Celebrant who did a wonderful Eulogy for mum, we had the funeral at Green Acres Rainford which was perfect for my mum, and would not hesitate recommending it to Anybody.

The team at Debbie Bennett's are amazing nothing is to much trouble thay are all so friendly and helpful. They add that personal touch that others dont. They take care of everything and make you feel that your loved one is cared for as if they were part of their family. There office is so calm an welcoming not misserable and dull the staff are so dedicated to there job they are amazing. I am so glad i went with them they came highly recomended and i can now see why. They made a terrible time so much more easy to deal with i am so thankful to them all x

Incredibly professional but personal, kind and warm. The staff at Rainhill are incredible. Alison, Alan Dave and Carl made the darkest of times lighter. Nothing was too much, no question too daft and they advised us openly regarding price throuought.

At what was a very difficult and sad time, Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors (Rainhill) and their team provided the compassion, professionalism and support that was needed. Dad passed away whilst on holiday in Iceland and Debbie Bennett helped liaise with the Icelandic Funeral Directors in getting dad repatriated quickly. Throughout the process, from first phone call to final farewell, everything was handled with dignity, care, attention to detail, empathy and patience. No question was ever too small and we were always made welcome to call in or phone on any point of detail. The family are very grateful to Debbie Bennett in helping to give dad the send off he deserved. A special thank you to Alison Rowe for all her help, advice, and support along the way and to John Duffy on the day, but all the team involved have our gratitude.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate and professional funeral care.

Debbie Bennett’s in Rainhill were fantastic, Alison making us welcome and looking after dad once there. Karl collecting my dad to his funeral was brilliant. Both him and Dave made my dads farewell go off without any issue. Not to forget Steve doing the order of service. A big thanks goes to Dave our celebrant who managed to capture everything about my dad and his life.  We as a family can only thank everyone.
