Fantastic service from start to finish from Allison in the office to all the team on the day of the funeral.
The caring attitude and support shown especially to the young coffin bearers was superb.
We can’t thank everyone enough and would fully recommend Debbie Bennett Funeral Services.

From the very first phone call to collecting mums ashes the service has been exceptional. 
It has been a very emotional time and we have been treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Nothing has been too much trouble. Everyone we have had contact with has been amazing.

I have unfortunately had to use Debbie Bennett twice this year. 

But every staff member in Rainhill and Prescot have been outstanding. Debbie and her staff have a personal kind approach and compassion just comes so natural.

Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors arranged the funeral for my Mum in October 2023 and then for my Dad in May 2025. They were so kind and caring at all stages. From Alison in the office and Howard in the car, everyone was brilliant.

Debbie Bennett were absolutely fantastic dealing with our Megs funeral. 




From the start they were caring and considerate to everything. They constantly kept us updated. 




Alison herself at the Rainhill branch treated our Meg like family and always knocked on the chapel door before entering. 




The driver's and funeral director on the day were absolutely brilliant giving the best support we could have asked for (and even making us laugh when it was needed as well)




Truly do recommend Debbie Bennett to anyone in such a difficult time. 10/10

I have so much gratitude to the company for the way they conducted my late brother’s funeral.  Every single aspect of it was simply perfect.  As a grieving family, it was so good to know that all of the stress of making the arrangements was being shouldered by the company.  Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them.  My brother was treated as though he was a family member of the company’s family.  The funeral was exactly as we had wanted it to be, and my brother was treated with the utmost dignity.

Very kind understanding staff. Very patient and caring. Funeral tailor made for our requirements. Family member was in the chapel of Rest where we were encouraged to visit whenever we wished to. I was very happy with the overall service given at this very sad time.

I can highly recommend Debbie Bennett funeral services to everyone.
My initial meeting with Allison in the Rainhill office put me at ease as I had no idea what arranging a funeral entailed. She organised everything while liasing with me to ensure we had the best possible service for my friend, who looked beautiful in her coffin.
The whole funeral service, leaflets,flowers and the speaker were all arranged by Allison.
The director of the funeral- David L., the driver and the pallbearers were all amazing.
Thank you all for making a very sad occasion a nice memory for us all. Steve.

From first contact with Alison at the rainhill branch we were treated with the upmost care and kindness. Alison has a way of arranging things like your just having a chat which made the whole thing easier. All the other staff members from people passing through to the drivers on the day were incredibly kind and Debbie's whole team are amazing. We were very pleased with everything, the service was very good 👍. They helped with the flowers and gave us plenty of time to prepare getting all the loose ends together, which was such a great help..

Also I must add that the cost of it all was very good also would readily recommend them to everyone..

Throughout the whole process, Alison was very supportive and compassionate. We could not fault any of the service that was provided. Everything we required was taken care of and my uncle was treated with a great deal of respect. David was really lovely and supportive on the day at the funeral.
