Her kindness, patience, and unwavering support made an emotional time so much more manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional care and service we received.

After recommendations and seeing positive feedback,we chose Debbie Bennett to look after the arrangement for my late mother's funeral. We were not disappointed. The service was truly outstanding in every way possible. Each and every member of the staff was excellent. Mum looked wonderful in the chapel - just as we remember her. Alison was incredibly supportive not just as an organiser but also as an empathetic rock giving compassionate support through all the traumatic and harrowing emotions that accompany funeral farewells. Indeed,every other member of the team was very professional and supportive; they are superb masters of their craft and calling. It was a particularly nice touch to meet Debbie and to have her personal attention on the day of the funeral. Naturally, you worry about getting it right as we say to loved ones. We need not have had such worries as the team answered all our questions and meticulously planned everything to perfection. The excellent service goes well above and beyond organising the funeral. The after care is magnificent and sensitively handles everything you could need to remember your loved ones. This is an organisation that deserves more than five stars. When looking for a Funeral Director that is truly outstanding, this is the one to go to. Highly recommended.

Was very professional and understanding at such a difficult time ,Alison kept me updated , and was a phone call away with any questions,living in Staffordshire and being so far away , was worrying for me ,but Alison reassured me all would be ok , on visiting mum she looked peaceful and it was so warm and staff were so friendly, from the onset off taking mum into your care , all staff showed such dignity for mum, service was lovley with the guidance off staff thankyou to Alison and the team I am so very grateful and I would recommend your company to anyone xxxx

This is the 2nd time in 18 months we have used Debbie Bennett for both our parents funerals. From start to finish the staff are all excellent and serve with compassion. They almost treat you as family. Flowers, printers etc connected are all high quality. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend their services to anyone

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors provided exceptional care and support, ensuring everything was handled with dignity and respect. From start to finish, their service was faultless, offering comfort when it was needed most.

James, our driver, was incredibly professional, ensuring everything ran seamlessly with the utmost courtesy. At a time when you at your most vulnerable, when you think your thinking straight, when your in denial about needing support, when you’re convinced you have everything under control… and you have just lost a loved one, well that’s when you need real help.

From start to finish, Ali and Liz were so compassionate and understanding in regard all our needs for Dad. Nothing was too much trouble and Ali went over and above to ensure we were looked after throughout the entire experience!
The gents who picked dad up - driving to and from Yorkshire where we live (Dad is originally from St Helens) were fantastic. It takes a special kind of group of people who, in such circumstances, use humour to diffuse the tension and devastation at play. These guys were brilliant. David, funeral director and Jay m, limo driver looked after us incredibly - directing the day in a personable and beautiful way, always with the family and dad in the forefront of their priorities.
I would recommend DB highly to anyone who wants dignity, respect and a sense of humility at all times for your loved ones.

I wish we had found the team at Debbie Bennett’s sooner for other loved ones we have lost. Our nan looked like an actual angel and the love and care she received was out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble for Alison who looked after us and every detail. Alison was so caring and compassionate and we were able to see our nan every day whilst listening to her favourite Elvis. A special Thankyou goes out to Alison for being there, little David and Dave who was the from the start of Nan’s journey to the end. I cannot rate the service I received from Alison (Debbie Bennett - Rainhill) highly enough. You enter her office feeling overwhelmed, confused and lost. But in just a few moments, Alison will put you at ease, talk you through your options and you will leave feeling like you have been chatting with a friend. On the day of my Father's funeral, everything went like clockwork - I cannot fault them.
If you are wondering which funeral director to choose to take care of your loved one, you may think they are all the same. I can assure you they are not all the same, and would suggest you look no further than Debbie Bennett at Rainhill.
