What fabulous service, respectful and extremely helpful, they made everything go smoothly. On the day all the staff were wonderful, nothing was to much trouble, which made a tough day go smoothly.

Caroline helped us through the whole process with such warmth and sensitivity. She oversaw everything and ensured it ran smoothly. My Dad got the send off that he and we wanted. We were blown away by all the staff that we came into contact with. We would highly recommend Albins in Rotherhithe.

The service provided was 1st class throughout the whole experience with you. From the ladies on reception to Jo, Scott & John and all the guys on the day of the funeral. I would like to thank Simon Albin Dyer and the Albins Team for the excellent empathetic service they provided to my family and I. The Team were professional respectful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The death of a loved one is traumatic, we were grateful that Albins were there every step of the way. Funeral arrangements with Albins couldnt of been done any better so caring & helpful they listen to what you want to be done & they do it 100% on the day the young man whom looked after me was incredibly caring anything I needed he was on hand to help me I certainly would recommend Albins to my family & friends with the service they so kindly gave me thank you to Scott the funeral arranger & Danny who looked after me on the day xx

A very professional and warm environment. Caroline was amazing and organised the funeral exactly as we wanted and was always there if we needed to ask anything. The day itself was beautiful as can be with professional staff supporting us all the way through. A celebrant was arranged through Caroline who gave a stunning service. We couldn't have wanted for better funeral directors. Albins have cared for 2 very good friends of ours who died young from their death until after the funeral. They did it with sensitivity and great skill, which is why my wife wanted to use them for her funeral when she knew she was dying. She would not have been disappointed. They guided us through the process and made all of hers and our wishes reality.

From the first phone call the service they have provided has been exceptional very professional, patient and considerate at such a hard time everything I would have expected without knowing what I was expecting in the haze of grief, the extra beautiful touches like placing a flower outside my dad's door for respect was just beautiful. This was the first time I'm I've had to arrange a funeral by myself I honestly didn't feel alone the pallbearers Owen the priest and Scott you can tell it's more than a job to you I can't thank you enough it's still early days with the grief but I know in the future looking back the service you provided and the day I will hold close to my heart it was a brilliant send off! thanks to you guys
