We were a little disappointed that no wheelchair was provided for my mother after this was discussed with T. Allen. Also, getting one of the music tracks wrong during the service was a little upsetting.

From the day my Sister and I went into your strood funeral parlour we were treated with the utmost respect and the young girl put us at ease , When my Wife and I came to see mum in the chapel of rest the lady helped us through what was an emotional time, On the day of the funeral the leading young man kept me upto date with everything that would happen and the rest of the team looked after us all impeccably.
