I would suggest you give the following detail to a new client:
email and telephone contact, to 1) Glenys 2) Richard Scott 3) Celebrant 4) Obitus 5) Donna 6) Robert Jacobs. As Glenys advised me...keep a separate file for each to avoid confusion. At the first instance I had Richard Scott and Scott Lowe emailing me and I was very suspicious about dealing with them, especially as I was in a confused, bereaved situation. As you have no bell or intercom on your front door, then leave a telephone number there, for the public to reach you. I came without an appointment, with Order of Service and £4,035 payment. There is no contact on the front door. What if I am a new customer wanting your services...the initial impression is not good. Otherwise, once I understood what I should be doing... Glenys and Sarah were very helpful and led me through a very complicated process. Admittedly, looking at dog picture coffins did not help. In the beginning, I thought I had plenty of time but surprisingly the time soon goes and I found myself sorting Order of Service, Eulogy, Printing in the last few days. Donna was excellent, as were those employees there on the day. You asked me for a review and I hope my comments are taken in the favourable spirit, given. Vaughan Clark
