We cannot thank the team at T. Allen enough for the exceptional care, compassion and professionalism they showed throughout every step of arranging my dad’s funeral.

From our very first meeting, they treated both my dad and our family with the utmost dignity, kindness and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every question or request was met with patience, understanding and genuine care.

During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they guided us through everything with such warmth and reassurance, making an incredibly painful experience just that little bit easier to bear.

Every detail of the funeral was carried out flawlessly, and it was clear how much pride they take in ensuring the family receives the very best service.

Their attention to detail, organisation and professionalism were outstanding, while never losing the personal touch that meant so much to us.

We truly could not have asked for a better funeral director. They gave my dad the most beautiful and dignified farewell, and for that we will be forever grateful.

I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Staff were absolutely amazing. So caring and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. We changed a few of our arrangements which was not a problem. Lovely private chapel of rest. We were never rushed or pressured. Staff kept in regular contact. My family and my late Dad were shown care, respect and dignity at all times.
We couldn't have asked for more. The day of the funeral ran so smoothly. The men who directed the funeral remained professional but
so warm and friendly .
T Allen's worked with myself and my family to give my Dad a beautiful send off.

We cannot thank T. ALLEN enough or praise them any higher as throughout the process they have shown amazing compassion, respect and professionalism. Yes there's is a financial concern but I never ever felt it was about money it was all about providing a first class service and ensuring my mum received the goodbye she deserved. From the day of mums passing to the date of her cremation T. ALLEN supported us and were readily available to answer any questions.

Michelle at Rochester was amazing and made arranging mums funeral so much easier. Her empathy and patience helped put us at ease at such a sad time. Sarah & Glynis at Strood were lovely and always there when I called with any concerns and always accommodating especially when I asked for an extra plaque for dad which again was no bother at all 🙏
Mark D and his team were fantastic and made us feel at ease. Especially as we were carrying mum into the crematorium his assurance and guidance was very calming. 
Mark presented Dad with the plaque after dropping us at the venue for mums wake. He was so respectful and his empathy was very touching and dad was very thankful it was a lovely personal touch along with the single roses for my sister and myself as we were pallbearers. 

The whole team at T Allen’s were fantastic. From Dad, the family and myself we would like to thank you all for making what was a sad time a memorable celebration of mums life. Thank you 🙏

T Allen from the outset have been fantastic, from collecting my mum when she passed at home, meetings held, correspondence, answering all concerns,explaining the entire process, arranging 80% of all requirements and advising on the remaining 20%. Nothing is to much trouble and the respect on the day is exceptional. I would recommend them 100% to all as they make the whole process and experience a lot less stressful
