The land rover was perfect for our dad/husband.
The men on the day were very respectful.
Mark guided my mum through out.

From the moment we walked into the Strood branch, we knew who we were going to go with. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Glenys with whome we dealt with the most and the men on tha day who were more than prepared to sort out a little hiccup but instead gave me the strengthto be a bigger person. Everything we wanted was done and more. The dressing in own clothes, personal items in the coffin, the presentation and viewing in the chapel (little things such as lace veil and flowers on the coffin).
On the actual day I didn't have to think about a thing. The presentation of the left over orders of service was simple and stunning. The plastic wallet containing the tribute cards from the flowers so they can be kept. When I was presented with a single rose from the coffin spray it left me speechless (in a good way). The compassion, the empathy, the professionalism was 200%. For all of this I was expecting to pay considerably more than we did. Value for money doesn't really come into it when you are saying goodbye to a loved, but it was very reasonably priced. I could say so much more but I would more than recommend T. Allen Funeral Service. 5 🌟 aren't enough.

From the very start of carrying out Derek's funeral wishes, the staff at T Allen were superb. Glenys, with whom we had the majority of dealings, was so compassionate, helpful and kind. She went the extra mile to make sure that everything was explained and carried out as she said it would be. On the day, Matthew, who looked after the family, was highly professional yet compassionate, as were all the gentlemen. He made Derek's wife and daughters feel that Derek was still being cared for.
All the staff we met were, without exception, caring and thoughtful. They all truly looked after Derek and his family in a most special way. Glenys also introduced us to Louise Rogers, the celebrant who conducted Derek's service beautifully. A very difficult time was made a little easier to bear with all the kindness and support we received from all those mentioned. Thank you.
