This isn’t the first we have chose Terry Allen’s to look after our loved ones! 
So we already know they are amazing. 
They are so accommodating always willing to help with any questions nothing is ever too much for the staff! 
I have a big family a lot of them have used Terry Allen’s 
But me personally they have looked after my daughter 22 years ago my father 9 years ago and my mother most recently who sadly passed on the 16th of march 
They are amazing

Glenys was gentle and patient and the gentlemen who came to take my husband away when he died were so kind, helpful, and careful. From initial meeting to discuss our dearest mum’s funeral to event leading to the funeral and on the day itself, the Team at T.Allen (Strood) were amazing. They took away the stress at such a sad time and nothing was too much trouble.
The respect they should our mum was truly special and the day went so smoothly with Mark and his Team being on hand for to ensure the funeral one mum would have been proud of.
