In loving memory of Michael O'Leary who sadly passed away on 2nd April 2026

A devoted Husband to Rita, loving Dad to Louise & Emma and grandad to Beth , Rhys, Tyler , Clark & Michael , leaving a family who treasure him deeply . He was a constant source of strength , kindness and quiet wisdom, always putting those he loved first .

Life wont be the same without him, and he is missed more than words can say. But the memories , the laughs , and the love he gave will stay with this family forever

His absence is deeply felt , but his love remains in the loves of those who knew him .

He is forever missed and always remembered x

Donations if you desire to the Royal Papworth Hospital that gave Dad his life back - you can directly google the Royal Papworth Hospital and donate direct in Dads Memory x

Your dad was such a lovely, kind man Lou and such an incredible family man who didn’t miss a thing when it came to his grandchildren. That love and pride he had for you all was so obvious to everyone. He was one of life’s true warriors who never gave up and anyone who knew your Dad would have complete admiration for the great man he was. Know that I will be there for you Thursday and sending you and your Mum and all of you so much love and strength at such an incredibly sad time. 🙏❤️

Dear Rita, Louise, and family,

I’ve been thinking so much about Mick and wanted to share just how special he was to all of us. He was patient, kind, and somehow completely unfazed by a house full of teenage girls getting ready for nights out in some of Medway’s more “lively” establishments. He welcomed it all with warmth and good humour.

I’ll always remember how he would sit up with Rita waiting for us to come home, cigar in hand, glasses of water ready, making sure we were all safe before we stomped upstairs. It was such a simple thing, but it meant everything. Of course there was always the reassurance he’d pay for the taxi if we’d been over zealous at the bar!!!

My heart is with you, Rita, with you Louise, and especially as you continue to carry the memory of Em. I hope it brings some comfort to know how deeply Mick was loved and how many lives he touched. I’m sure they’re together again looking proudly at you all.

With love. Sappho xxxx

You were a loving dad I looked up to as a child, the epitome of how lovely a dad should be I thought . You were also a firefighter a true community hero. A loving grandad too.May your loving memories live on through Rita and Lou and may you hold hands with Em again xxx

There are so many moments when I wish I could talk to you, hear your voice, or just have you around.
You’re always on my mind, and I carry you with me every day.
