The staff were amazing and very empathetic, I couldn't praise them enough and they were fantastic with my children who wanted to be involved and helped me get organised. However the planned drive by didn't happen and this was very disappointing as you only get one chance to make it perfect.

All the staff at Stephen Gay were helpful, at every stage of Steve’s funeral. I was very nervous and they were very calming, and they never rush us to make our arrangements. The driver of the car was very polite. Plus Stephen Gay explained everything to us on the day of the funeral regarding every step that would happen, which made us feel so much better. A great family Company

A wonderful service provided for my Mum's funeral. It was very professional from the very beginning when taking care of Mum once she had passed to laying her to rest at the funeral. The ladies that organised all the arrangements did an amazing job and took all the stress away from myself and was always there to reassure us if we had any questions or worries. Stephen P. Gay made such a difficult situation so much easier for Dad and I. Mum had a beautiful send off on a very hot beautiful day and in a beautiful setting. Thank You

The staff in the office were very helpful. It would have been good to have some guideline what the procedure would have been once getting to the crematorium. We were told this when the herse arrived. Otherwise pleased with things

Generally we were very pleased with the professional service provided.
However we did find the
Celebrates approach a little too informal .On her initial visit she arrived with a coffee in hand ,then put her feet up on the chair.
