This firm is a family run business which, regrettably, we have got to know very well, having lost both our parents and our sister in the last 7 years. Each time, they have been simply perfect from beginning to end. Everything is thought of, everyone treated us with compassion, dignity and a smile. They bring a lightness into dark times. On the day itself, each time we were guided to be in the right place at the right time and treated with such gentle and beautiful kindness that we felt taken care of as though they were close family friends. I cannot imagine how they could improve upon their service. I highly recommend them.
