From my initial call, everything was executed with the utmost care and sensitivity.  The office staff were angels in arranging everything so very well. I cannot praise them all high enough. I have used Stephen P Gay's services for both my parents's funerals now. They were professional, empathetic & made the whole process as easy as possible. They worked hard during a pandemic and explained all the processes and changes and answered all my questions promptly. They were very reasonably priced too.

Can’t thank them enough for all the help and guidance they gave. When we had a problem with putting the personal video recordings on the system they took over and sorted it out. Would definitely recommend them

Under very difficult circumstances Stephen P Gay Funeral Service really came through for us.  With so many of the usual funeral traditions closed to us (no wake etc.) and so few mourners allowed, the service became VERY important.  The sympathetic staff members & Stephen Gay himself were very very helpful and understanding.  The webcast & live feed enabled family members who couldn’t attend to feel included and gain closure. Everyone there were very professional , kind, respectful and always kept us all in the loop and nothing seemed to much to ask gor, they went above and beyond. What an amazing company and a wonderful group of people!
At a time when we couldn't even tell you what day of the week it was or remember our own name's, they were all very 'supportive' and guided us through the whole process which was exactly what we needed at that time. All staff where empathic, compassionate, kind and caring and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. The staff handled the whole process with sympathy, care and attention which made it (for us) a much easier time dealing with a difficult and upsetting situation. Even though the end of life is inevitable, most of us are not prepared or very capable to face it. So, thanks to everyone for helping us through this time.

Nothing was too much of a problem, everything was well organised, the funeral went without a hitch and mum would have been very pleased with everything. Would be difficult to fault anything from start to finish. Highly recommended.
