A very professional team from front office through to the bearers. The team made a very unpleasant situation a memorable experience. Kind, thoughtful and empathetic. As someone who was overcome by the whole process Stephen and his team made sure all those attending the funeral were made welcome and to feel part of the service.
I thoroughly recommend Stephen Gay and his team.

Stephen helped us through this extremely heartbreaking time of losing our precious son at only 22yrs old. Our son passed away in another country which made this even harder but Stephen arranged everthing with the repatriation, Stephen and his kind staff went to great lengths to make sure everything went to smoothly. He dealt with things with the utter most compassion and we are truly grateful.
