The services provided by Stephen P Gay are outstanding. Nathalie and Pauline were more than helpful and always patient and friendly. They provided me with all the information needed for my Uncle's death, including contact information for the Hospital and Coroner's office from another county. They guided me through the process in a way that made it really easy for me, and that was amazing as I live in Europe and could not get over to make arrangements. They thought of everything and I will be eternally grateful for all the help and support that they gave me.
I would strongly recommend them for their professionalism friendliness, and patience, and just for being wonderful human beings.

Every aspect of the service they provided was professional, respectful, friendly and felt tailor made to our requirements.
Everything was carefully explained to us from our initial meeting with the arranger, conversations with Pauline and Nina through to the day where Stephen gently and respectfully guided us through.
We were shown kindness, compassion and support in every exchange and conversation. Nothing was too much trouble and Pauline and Nina always had time to talk me about aspects of the whole process and about my lovely Dad.
I know they all showed him kindness and respect whilst he was with them.
The service provided by Stephen P Gay funeral service was superb and made a very difficult time so much easier.

The advice and support given by the office staff was very sympathetic and extremely helpful. The Funeral Director and bearers were dignified, reverential and respectful for all three parts of the funeral.

From beginning to end absolutely fantastic. In such sad circumstances we were dealt with sensitivity and compassion. All details were taken care of so that we had no worries and felt very supported.
I’m hoping that we have no need for these services again for a long time but, next time we do, will definitely use again and would definitely recommend. Five star company without a doubt.

The whole team gave a very caring and compassionate service. Special mentions to the arranger who was my main point of contact via the telephone, because of lockdown. A caring voice during a sorrowful time. Also Stephen for his calm efficiency during the technical problems at Eltham.
