Nothing was too much of a problem, everything was well organised, the funeral went without a hitch and mum would have been very pleased with everything. Would be difficult to fault anything from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I'm truly grateful to all the staff there you are all very professional and show the upmost respect for the grieving family, you made the experience of seeing my mum laying there to rest very comforting she looked just how I remembered her and how I wanted to remember her, so thank you all so very much for the lovely service you have provided for my sleeping, dearly missed mum and best friend.

We engaged the services of Stephen Gay after a poor experience whilst trying to arrange my late mothers funeral at another large funeral directors.
The team at Stephen Gay have been brilliant, professional and always giving us updates on progress with arrangements.
I jokingly said to Stephen that I would not hesitate to use his services again....not that you can really book these occasions in advance...!!
All in all excellent and made what is a difficult, emotional time pass by without any additional problems...thank you

We could not fault Stephen Gay. The only criticism we have especially my daughter is with the Lay Reader. His mobile phone going off at a most inappropriate time and the fact that he is unable to move from the lecture consequently other people speaking are unable to' easily reach the mike. Apart from that we were very pleased.

Would highly recommend Stephen P Gay funeral company for their competitive prices, professional & most caring staff .Natalie is a treasure & also the new lady Charlotte & my mum & I felt they handled my Dad's funeral with sensitivity & gave us plenty of time each time we came into the office .
The drivers on the day were courteous & on the way back to the church ,our driver took us in convoy through the country roads due to a problem on the motorway & kept stopping to ensure our group kept together .

We found that the staff were kind and helpful giving us advice and guidance when required and
nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral it went very smoothly and the funeral directors were very professional ensuring that all details were covered every step of the way.

From the moment we walked through the door at Stephen Gay we were impressed at the professionalism of the staff in both manner and action. There was clear empathy and we were dealt with sympathetically and all our questions and concerns were fully answered. Communication following the first meeting was excellent and the funeral itself went like clockwork. We would have no hesitation in recommending this funeral director to anyone.

The services provided by Stephen P Gay funeral services were excellent from the planning stage through to the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very supportive regarding the fact that we had an alternative family led service. The shop 'ladies' and the men 'in the field' were equally helpful and put us at ease during every stage. I have already recommended their services to a neighbour and would use them or recommend them again in the future. I cannot praise them highly enough.
