T Allen have been fabulous caring, helpful and guiding at a very, very difficult time. My first experience of planning a funeral and I couldn’t of picked a better team to be by my side.

T Allen were very professional from the start, during the initial meeting we were made to feel at ease and the whole process was explained in detail. The day of the funeral couldn't have gone any better, considering how difficult the day was for us T Allen made the day so much easier, they were very professional and attended to our every need, not only explaining what was going on but asking our thoughts on what we wanted.

The overall service provided by M.J. Allen was excellent from collection of Susan to the comital at the Crematorium. The Minister selected by M.J.Allen was understanding and very willing to comply to our wishes and aspirations. All the family agreed that M. J.Allen  provided a professional service including the service at the crematorium which was faultless from start to finish. I would recommend MJ.Allen.

At a difficult time ,T Allen looked after us and guided us through the formalities that a death in the family present , my mother had a funeral plan in place , i would recommend that everyone consider putting one in place , this helped a great deal , saved us the worry of doing what your loved one wished .

The staff at T Allen's were professional and caring throughout our dealings with them for our mother's funeral, a task made even harder for them due to covid 19.
The ladies in the office could not have done more regarding the actual arrangements and their staff on the day showed total respect to not only my mother but us as a family.

We had previously used T Allen for my mother’s cremation via a Funeral Plan so my father liked how T Allen dealt with the the whole new experience for us . My father went ahead and bought a funeral plan for himself . Sadly in early November 2020 my father passed away after a short bout of Cancer . And again T Allen took control of the whole situation taking away the stress involved for the family . In these Covid times T Allen we’re very professional , courteous , and compassionate . Even help us set up a Webcam Service Link for friends & family in Scotland who due to Age , distance & Covid limitations couldn’t attend the service . We’d highly recommend T Allen in all aspects of dealing with this situation , it just takes all the work away from dealing with an unfortunate situation which we all have to go through . But of course if you want more input to say goodbye to your loved ones T Allen will listen and help you achieve what your aims are .

Such a kind and considerate staff at T. Allen, nothing was ever a problem. My wife who passed away was in good hands and I wanted to see her everyday and it was never a problem, the Chapel was such a beautiful place to spend time with my wife. I would recommend T.
