T. Allen Funeral Directors provided outstanding service for my father's funeral. Rita was a standout—her caring and friendly demeanor made her a fantastic point of contact for any questions we had. On the day of the funeral, the staff was extremely respectful and handled every detail with care. We were especially touched that they accommodated our family's wish for my sons and our husbands to help carry my dad's casket. Their willingness to honor our personal requests was deeply appreciated and helped us give my dad the farewell he deserved

From first contact with the office to the final phase I was so pleased with the service I received. The ladies in the office sorted all my paperwork out as I didn't live near. They kept me informed through the process and recommended places to get flowers and booklets. The lovely guys who attended with the hearse were respectful, sympathetic and kind, and I felt valued.
I have no issues in recommending this company.

From start to finish the service was amazing starting with Rita when booking mums funeral she explained everything simply and with empathy and didn’t push for a more expensive one , she was there to advice when needed , and all was perfect on the day they was so professional and caring but without being over the top and also not forgetting the celebrant Becky what a lovely lady and a great job she did , my father and me both agreed that yes we paid for this service but what a great service they gave , there’s not many services you pay for now that you can truly say delivered like t Allen , so a big thankyou xx

From the moment we walked in the door to make and enquiry we were taken care of, no question was too silly and everything was clearly explained. Rita and Michelle at Twydall were amazing leading up to the day even checking in to make sure we were okay.

During a very difficult time losing my son to awful circumstances, both Rita and Liz showed compassion and fully supported our situation.

All the staff were supportive, kept in touch with all the arrangements. Not at all pushy about their products, went through the arrangements on more than one occasion, which I found reassuring, we changed our minds on one or two things, and that was no problem.
Our journey to and from the crematorium was respectful, and what was a nice touch a small packet of tissues was on the main family chairs.
It was a stressful time, with their support it was made easier.

Sadly we lost our Mum & Dad within 5months of each other. When Dad passed away on 28th Sep, we gladly used T Allen again.
It's the way in which they manage the admin around a funeral effectively and respectfully. Not an easy job but one they deliver so so well.

Really deserved 5* excellent rating.
