An amazing family run business. Have used them for both of our parents with no complaints.

They are very empathetic and every single one of them are amazingly respectful and tentative to all our requirements regardless of how off the wall they were.

Have asked that they be used for me as I know I will be in safe hands, not too soon though, I hope.

The ladies that work at Twydall (Liz  and Rita) were patient, kind , helpful and courteous in every way as were the staff on the day of the funeral.

From start to finish of a very difficult experience for me T Allen were outstanding. All the staff we dealt with, office staff and the undertakers, were very empathetic, helpful and supportive and gave a lot of help and advice. They were highly professional but very personal in their dealings with me went out of their way to help and accommodate me and my requests and it was flawless throughout. No funeral is easy but I was able to relax knowing the day would be conducted extremely well and that I did not need to stress about any arrangements. Thank you very much Rita, Liz, Mark and everyone else

So caring from the first phone call to the actual funeral. Guided the whole family through the complete process . Nothing was ever too much, even our emotions. Total kindness and compassion. We all felt the same way.

The passing of my brother at the age of 50 was such a shock and the hardest thing we have ever had to go through. T. Allen Funeral directors went above and beyond what we expected from them. Liz and Rita were fantastic, especially with my mum who visited my brother on numerous occasions and they were always there supporting and comforting her. Nothing was too much for them. They wanted to make sure that everything ran smoothly and it did. We can not thank them enough for looking after my brother and us.

They were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and kind everything went smoothly. We chose to have their vintage hearse which was beautiful and made my mum's last journey perfect. I can't recommend T. Allen high enough.

Losing someone that you love is hard enough without thinking about the funeral arrangements.
From the minute we walked into their Twydall office to saying goodbye to our dear mum, T Allen made everything so stress free.
They took care of everything from listening and completing a fab eulogy, looking after mum in the chapel of rest to the day of the service. Making sure that she arrived safely.
Nothing was ever too much of an issue, helped set up a just giving page as well as be on hand to assist no matter what it was. Communicated everything as we went along making sure that it was what we wanted.
The service that they arranged was beyond what we could have imaged. After service included.
They made you feel like family.
I would say to anyone that loses someone, T Allen is the place to go for your funeral plans.
Thank you all for making our dear mum's day, a day that she would have been proud off. A lovely send off.

I have known and worked with (in a different capacity) T Allen Funeral Service for some years and knew the late Terry Allen and family quite well. Several earlier family funerals were conducted by T Allen, including my son's just six months ago.
T Allen are very easy to work with, they put you at ease despite the stress of arranging the funeral of a loved one. In my case, my son and dear wife within six months! In both of my recent devastating losses, I couldn't fault T Allen Funeral Service in any way. Thank you Liz and colleagues.
