T. Allen Funeral Service, Gillingham

We had previously used T Allen for my mother’s cremation via a Funeral Plan so my father liked how T Allen dealt with the the whole new experience for us . My father went ahead and bought a funeral plan for himself . Sadly in early November 2020 my father passed away after a short bout of Cancer . And again T Allen took control of the whole situation taking away the stress involved for the family . In these Covid times T Allen we’re very professional , courteous , and compassionate . Even help us set up a Webcam Service Link for friends & family in Scotland who due to Age , distance & Covid limitations couldn’t attend the service . We’d highly recommend T Allen in all aspects of dealing with this situation , it just takes all the work away from dealing with an unfortunate situation which we all have to go through . But of course if you want more input to say goodbye to your loved ones T Allen will listen and help you achieve what your aims are .

Such a kind and considerate staff at T. Allen, nothing was ever a problem. My wife who passed away was in good hands and I wanted to see her everyday and it was never a problem, the Chapel was such a beautiful place to spend time with my wife. I would recommend T. Allen to anyone who wants a professional and caring service at time when they need it.

The meeting to arrange my wife's funeral was handled sympathetically , I was told of the options and given time to decide . On the day everything went smoothly and to time . The staff were polite and helpful ,all were well turned out as was the hearse and limousine . Our family were very satisfied with the service provided . My thanks to you all .

Rita and the staff at Terry Allens have been excellent and very caring inthe way they have looked after us & John since he passed away, on the day of his funeral they were all very thoughtful to everyone's feelings and everything went very smoothly

From the moment our dad passed the care and consideration given both to us and our dad was exceptional, then in the chapel of rest and the two lovely ladies ( forgive I can only remember Wendy's name) but they have both been so very friendly, caring and considerate ,even when they looked after mum as well . And finally the final journey, could not ask for a better crew than the ones we had we already knew one of the drivers because he took us to our mums . My dad had the best care in death as he did in life THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart .
